Clutch claims they can beat the dealership offer and Private selling offer. However in my case it was the opposite. The Clutch offer was half the offer from the dealership. What a shame.

I highly recommend Clutch. My experience from start to finish was very good. Communication with the advisor before the drop off appointment was quick and easy. Drop off took no more than 1/2 hr. I felt the price they offered was fair. Funds were deposited in my account within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend selling your vehicle through Clutch. I would consider buying a vehicle from them as well in the future. Apparently if you don’t like the vehicle, you have the option to return it in 10 days.

Was greeted when I came in. Everyone was friendly. Offered us coffee and snacks while we waited. We didn’t have to wait long at all though. Our Advisor, Alex helped me out with my car. He greeted my husband and I and even said hello to our 8 month old daughter. He was very efficient and professional. Made the car process very easy. I would recommend Clutch to anyone who is looking to get rid of their car!

My first time ever buying a car unseen I was nervous and skeptical, but to my releive it went very smoothly and easier than I expected. Everything they described about the car was true even date and time once delivered to me.
Also on a even better note is the car had a problem that I noticed the first week and when I reported it they agreed to have it repaired no questions asked, which was over $3200 to repair it from the dealer and I might add they also paid for a rental car for the two days my car was down in full! I am very impressed with their customer service and professionalism, totally satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
