Prepare to be patient and ignored
I disliked that my purchase was charged to my credit card right away even though the item was unavailable. I disliked that I was not informed that my item was on back order. I received no communication for weeks. I disliked that when I received my conversion kit it did not function properly and I got no assistance. I like that cmmg is following up now. This purchase could have been more confidence building with some communication and transparency

You shipped a 22LR "10" round mag to CA. Thank you. I appreciate the pin/stop in it. 😉 I was just zeroing my AR-22 with it installed. I did notice, don't lean on the magazine for balance. It jammed every shot. Balanced on the barrel and it worked perfectly. So it was operator error!

basic service isn't basic today
I placed my order and received the product in a timely manner it doesn't take much today if you do your job your ahead of the rest. I also had some question with your customer service/ tech support folks and they took care of those issues quickly.
