I placed order #396734 with CNCPTS

I placed order #396734 with CNCPTS; the UPS tracking number is 1Z0JA5880322174. The package was never delivered and was returned.

I have all the supporting documents and screenshots, which I am attaching here. Their own response to my first letter clearly confirms:
• they acknowledged the non-delivery and return of the package;
• confirmed that there is no recipient’s signature or proof of delivery;
• accepted responsibility and promised a full refund.

Despite all this, they still refuse to refund the money and continue to ignore my repeated requests. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customers.

Let this be a warning: CNCPTS is not fulfilling its obligations, and their reputation is under serious threat. I will not hesitate to widely share this case on social media and report it to consumer protection agencies if my refund is not processed immediately.

All screenshots and evidence are attached for verification.

Do not place orders with this store until the issue is resolved!

not a dependable company. I don't see them around much longer under this name. Be careful. Plenty of other sites to purchase from

Double check product

This is my second time that they have sent me the wrong size of shoes. First time it happened I followed their return shipping policy, my shoes got lost. I followed up with them and UPS it was a horrible experience. Second time around they did it again sent the wrong size. Today is Christmas and this is how I started my morning. Not good. The price of the shoes cost me $230. 00 last time I had to pay for another pair as well as resend the pair that was lost in transit. If I don't get a refund on this pair then between the two pairs I will have lost out over $300 from this company. I will wait for a follow up, if it doesn't work out I will contact my cc company with documentation. This is unacceptable and poor business practices.

J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures en édition limitée sur le site. Colis envoyé pas de problème jusque là, sauf que le colis indiqué retour expéditeur au bout d'un mois. Le service client me mène en bateau, une réponse tout les 6jours soit disant colis renvoyé mais pas de suivis colis disponible. Pas de remboursement, pas de réponses. Des voleurs, une honte. A fuir je déconseille. J'ai déposé une plainte contre l'enseigne

Exact same issue regarding winning shoes and then not sending. Terrible AI chat bot that never actually responds.

Don't use these clowns

They use the single worst AI helper I've seen, the one real person is somehow more retarded and I have no doubt they aren't going to fix this.

I wish I read reviews before I ordered. For the return you need to pay shipping +$8 restocking fee (the item I ordered was a $100 shoe). Never again. Original return policy: "For the return, please pack your items back in their original packaging and then place them into any shipping box. Please tape your label on the shipping box using clear packing tape. Please note that we charge an $8 restocking fee calculated from the return's total value.

CNCPTS sent me the wrong size jeans

CNCPTS sent me the wrong size jeans, tagless. Their mistake—but they refused to cover return shipping or issue a refund. Customer service was pure AI-generated nonsense. Absolutely criminal. Don’t risk buying from them. I'll be contacting the federal trade commission.

Hell no.


i ordered the wrong size and informed them immediately. they waited until the order got shipped to let me know it’s to late to cancel it.
i ended up paying $40 for shipping, tax,and restocking of the shoes that didn't fit.
i will never buy anything from that place again.

I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s return policy. I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and simply wanted to exchange them for a different size. Instead, I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping unless I repurchased the same item and paid shipping again. That makes no sense.

I had already paid for shipping the first time, and now I’m expected to pay again just to return them—on top of repurchasing? As a customer, I feel completely undervalued. This was a simple sizing issue, and the lack of flexibility and support around something so basic is frustrating.

Because of this experience, I will not be a returning customer. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and an unfriendly return policy.

Concepts falsely advertised a rip-off of a North Face jacket

Concepts advertised a jacket as a North Face Denali jacket. It is not; it does not have the armpit zippers; a critical deficiency as they help to make the jacket comfortably wearable indoors and outdoors from 40-60 degrees. Concepts would not acknowledge the deficiency and said due to the offer being advertised as non-refundable, it could do nothing. I researched with North Face, who confirmed their Denali jackets, now discontinued, had zippered arm pits.

AWFUL EXCHANGE/RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

SO THAT'S 3 TIMES YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 8 DOLLARS FOR RE STOCKING THE RETURNED ITEM WHICH IS BASICALLY THEM PUTTING A SHOE BOX ON TOP OF ANOTHER SHOE BOX. THEY'RE JUST GREEDY . WOULD NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THIS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY RIP OFF COMPANY

Honestly I was really scared about all…

Honestly I was really scared about all the bad reviews about people, but they had a limited edition of puma so I decided to take the risk. They arrived from Kentucky to Barcelona on time and at a really reasonable price. This time it's a 5 stars. Peace.

I didn’t want to leave them any stars but it made me leave one and they don’t deserve ANY. I ordered a pair of shoes on Aug the 4th. Received a email 2 weeks later saying it was a delay (no big deal) . 2 more weeks went by so I contacted them only to be told they are working on my order. Long story short I had to reach out to my bank to get a refund because at that point I felt they were playing with me. This company is a joke I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them if they were giving away free stuff
