I have had coaching and hypnotherapy sessions with Neo to deal with anxiety, low self-esteem and several other issues. She has helped me get through difficult situations and to really carve my way forward. With Neo’s guidance, I have achieved things that I never thought were possible and her guidance has been life changing for me. I appreciate her genuine kindness and care throughout. Neo is experienced at dealing with a range of issues and always provides reliable and practical advice and insight. Michelle has been great at supporting me with queries and always responds promptly. I cannot say enough good things about Neo and Coaching Care.

I cannot say enough good things about this coaching program. Experienced, caring advisors who can challenge you to make changes in your life, provide a process for skill development, and actionable goals to help with relapse prevention. Managing a disorder like mine is much more reasonable when you have a toolkit, support and motivation, which is sometimes the hardest part. It is great to have someone on your side who knows how hard the struggle in your mind is, and who will encourage you to keep fighting the good fight. You are worth this.

Coaching.care was the first time I reached out to anybody for help on trich so there was a lot for me to learn. The weekly sessions helped me keep up with the progress and throughout the year, not only did I learn about trich itself, but more importantly about myself. Even after I left the program, I still use different methods that I had learned from Neo. Thank you Neo and Coaching.care. :)

I found coaching care a couple of years ago when going through a difficult time with my daughter who has trich. It was so good initially to have a conversation with Neo who put me at ease and helped me realise just how much we were all struggling. Our daughter has been accessing a support package for a couple of years now and although she has had some ups and downs it is so reassuring to know that Neo is working with her and supporting her, because as a mother it can be hard to do this. I would thoroughly recommend Coaching Care and one of the great things when I found them is that they are based in the UK - which was very important for me.

I have been using coaching.care for just over a year and it has really helped me to stop my repetitive behaviour. I have suffered from Trich (Trichotillomania) for over 10 years and I could not break the habit. I have had weekly sessions my amazing coach Neomie & she has completely changed my mindset and has really helped me shift from my negative behaviour and mindset. I honestly would not be where I am today without her. I was sceptical to use therapy to help with my habits but I have not looked back and I am so glad I did. Everyone is amazing and so kind & caring, they feel like family. I would highly recommend if you are trying to break out of a bad habit!

We accessed support for our 9 year old daughter during a particularly difficult time. With the guidance and advice provided she now has her own coping strategies and has been pull free for over a year. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending giving the service a try.

I contacted these guys originally on behalf of a young autistic person I support who's non verbal. The feedback I received was so very helpful and informative and I use it to this day when setbacks occur.
I can't thank them enough for the kindness and compassion shown in the messages of help and support .

This coaching program is awesome and has taught me a lot of new skills. I'm so happy I made the decision to sign up for coaching, it was really worth it!!!

I gave hypnotherapy a go in January and I was put at ease from the moment I contacted Coaching.care. Michelle was super friendly and helpful. And Neo was really easy to talk to and her experience and empathy really helped me feel understood. I still have a way to go with my trich, but the help from Coaching.care has really given me a gentle push in the right direction!
