I would love to say COAT paints' paint was amazing but I didn't get a chance to use them...

A few weeks back my wife ordered some paint swatches. She was really excited about decorating the house.

My wife passed away suddenly at the weekend.

COAT received the out of office message I put on my wife's email telling people what had happened to her. COAT reaches out to me to say they had issued a refund on the paint swatches(we had received them weeks ago).

Then today flowers arrived from COAT.

In this difficult time, these acts of kindness mean so much.

I'm sure the paint is amazing, people this good would not be putting out a bad product.

We ordered our paints a couple of weeks back and have been waiting patiently for our decorator to come and do our bedroom. We're genuinely blown away by how the colours have transformed the room, we went for 2AM and Sunday Soul for a 2 tone finish, both soft sheen, we'll definitely be ordering again in the future. 👍

What a brilliant company, not only are the products fantastic so is the customer services. I had an issue with a small issue, a couple of e mails and it was all sorted.
Will always use these for paint in the future. The paint is fantastic quality. I know first hand how if I have a problem it will be sorted promptly.

From the quick responses to my email enquiries and sending my order next day delivery at short notice, to the quality of the paint, the beautiful bespoke colours and the eco friendly packaging…I’ve been blown away by this company and only wish I had more rooms to paint because their colours are so lush! I’m a customer for life now, 100%!

I have recently painted two bedrooms using Coat Paint. 100% maybe for my daughter's small room and Park Life for mine.
I was resistant at first to paint my bedroom with such a dark colour but I absolutely love it!!! It is such an elegant subtle colour!
The paint arrived very well packaged and was in perfect condition.
It went on so well with amazing coverage and as a bonus I have more left over than I expected for any future mishaps etc.
I will not be using any other paint in future.

A fabulous paint to use with quick delivery . After initially deliberating with a colour choice I purchased the stick on tiles to help make a decision. So pleased with how warm well grounded makes the room and how it looks different when the light changes. Highly recommended. I will definitely buy again for my next project

Ordered three samples and while trying to decide got lovely email and suggestions from the team . Chose reverie and weekender for guest bedroom and en-suite - colour is lovely photos don’t do justice - subtle and changes with the light . Superfast delivery lovely. Have ordered more - definitely use again .

Well worth the money, best paint I have ever used. Beautiful colours, hardly any drips, and no nasty smells. Very much recommend

So far I have painted my kitchen in Out of Office and my hallway floor in Cold Brew and I cannot fault this paint. It is top class quality and so easy to work with. My hallway looks absolutely amazing now and so many people have commented on it, they couldn't believe I did it myself. The finish is excellent, this paint makes you feel like a professional painter decorator!! My kitchen has also turned out amazing, the paint is expensive but well worth it with the finish you get. Highly recommend. I am now choosing a colour to paint my bootroom , going towards Nomad 😁

I love your colours, especially the intensity of the dark shades. My decorator tells me the flat matt goes on easily with good coverage. I’m Impressed with your customer service - easy to contact and unfailingly helpful.

It’s incredibly easy to apply, goes on smoothly without any flashing, and delivers a consistently flawless finish. You can tell straight away that the quality is there – it saves time on the job and gives results that both I and my clients are happy with. I don't usually write reviews but I used this paint for the first time over the Easter weekend and its the nicest paint ive ever used. Lovely thick paint with really good coverage, and the colours are amazing. Low odour too. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant paint that has really good coverage across different surfaces. Even after the first coat the walls were looking great, and after two , the depth of the paint came out. It reacts to daylight really nicely and happy with the finish overall. There's very little odour and I usually get a sore throat with paints but no reaction to this one. It's more pricey than other paints but by far is better quality than other brands, would definitely recommend.

Exceptional paint. I have tried many paints over the years but none as good as Coat. This is my second purchase and just as good as the first. As we have every room to redecorate, I will certainly be buying again soon.

I had a room painted in Cold Brew, bought a further tin to touch up and it did not match, very frustrating.

Fantastic paint and the colour ditch the tie is beautiful. The customer service was also brilliant. They were so responsive and helpful. Will definitely order from them again

So far, I’ve ordered 2 full pots of COAT paint. The one that I used was a perfect colour match and excellent quality. Looks beautiful on my walls. The 2nd tin ended up being the wrong colour, however, COAT has been amazing with sorting it out. Their customer care team have been immaculate and I cannot fault them at all! Very happy with the service and the speedy response. 10/10!! I will be sticking with COAT moving forward! I just wanted to add that I spoke with Jamie at COAT whilst dealing with this and Jamie was fantastic!
