Excellent service. I was a little wary after using another company to get my very expensive COC for my Range Rover and they ripped me off but COC did not fail! I was updated regularly, it did take almost two months but that was land rovers fault not theirs. I received very good communication and my cert just arrived. I would definitely recommend this company. EXCELLENT

Une véritable déception et beaucoup de temps perdu.
Il y a 3 semaines et demie, j’ai fait une demande de COC en format PDF uniquement, et j’ai effectué le paiement via PayPal. La date de livraison annoncée était le 10/03/2026. Une semaine avant cette date, j’ai même reçu un e-mail confirmant que le document me serait bien envoyé à la date prévue.
Surprise : nous sommes aujourd’hui le 12/03/2026 et l’on me donne des excuses difficilement compréhensibles, en expliquant que le document n’est pas prêt à cause du constructeur (BMW).
J’ai donc appelé BMW directement : non seulement ils n’ont trouvé aucune demande dans leur système avec mon numéro VIN, mais ils m’ont également indiqué que ce type de procédure prend généralement entre 1,5 et 2 semaines maximum.
Résultat : les rendez-vous que j’avais pris en confiance ont été annulés, 3 semaines et demie de perdues, et je dois maintenant faire une nouvelle demande. Autrement dit, à cause de cette situation, je vais probablement perdre presque deux mois. Quant au remboursement, je ne sais même pas encore quand je le recevrai.
Mon conseil : essayez de faire la demande directement auprès du constructeur automobile. Au moins, il n’y aura pas d’intermédiaire et vous obtiendrez des réponses plus claires.

I ordered a COC for my VW Golf VII
I ordered a COC for my VW Golf VII. The promised delivery of 5 business days was not met, and after over two weeks of daily follow-ups I still hadn't received my document.
However, when I formally requested a cancellation and refund, the team processed it within the same day. That was genuinely impressive and showed that they do care about finding a solution when it matters. The refund communication was professional and respectful.
The delay itself may have been caused by VW, but the lack of real updates during the waiting period was the main issue for me. If the communication during delays improves, this could easily be a 5-star service.
Bottom line: Delivery didn't work out in my case, but the cancellation and refund process was fast and smooth. Fair enough.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring te delen. We begrijpen dat de wachttijd frustrerend kan zijn wanneer u een COC voor uw voertuig verwacht.
Na controle van uw dossier zien we echter dat uw bestelling inmiddels is geannuleerd en volledig is terugbetaald. Mogelijk heeft de terugbetaling uw rekening al bereikt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Als u dit nog niet heeft gezien, raden we aan ook even uw bank- of betaalprovider te controleren.
Ons team doet altijd zijn best om elke aanvraag voor een Europees voertuigdocument zo snel mogelijk te verwerken en duidelijke informatie te geven over de levering van de coc papiere auto.

Risking my tax exemption due to massive delays
I paid €240 for a Certificate of Conformity (Order #18040) specifically because of their advertised delivery dates. I am moving back to Portugal and need this for the "alfândega" to get an ISV tax exemption. The PDF was promised on 11/02 and the original on 12/02. It is now over a week later, and I have nothing. If this document doesn't arrive in time, I will be forced to pay over €1,000 in taxes that I should be exempt from. Customer service keeps giving me bot responses saying it's "the manufacturer's fault." Very poor service and zero accountability for their own deadlines.
The payment was made 23rd of January...

At the beginning of the contract, they say the COC will arrive in a week, so you pay. After paying, they send you the unauthenticated PDF COC, which is practically useless for registration. Now, 21 days have passed since the order and there is no tracking of the shipment of the paper document needed to complete the car registration process. The car has basically been sitting for three weeks, when I saw that normally if you request it directly from the company, which in my case is VW, it takes a week. I have the feeling that once they have collected the money, they don't worry anymore. So please be careful who you trust to obtain this COC. Update in response to COC-ONLINE: I made the purchase with you, I have already sent two reminder emails, the order is number 18791 placed on February 7th, I apologize for having the wrong date, in any case it is still 18 days. I have already chatted with your WhatsApp channel and called your toll-free number. Update ; I have already contacted your official support email and received a reply saying the processing takes time.
