I’m not one for writing reviews. I always order from coco boutique but I won’t be any longer. I returned an expensive jumper as it didn’t fit, weeks later no refund, no response to emails. Poor customer service from them for the sake of a jumper. I would have just bought another one when I got the refund so it would’ve been no loss to the company.
Ordered and paid for my shirt... never received it and no response to multiple emails... possible scam purchase with caution
I love all of this boutique’s products, I can’t stop buying from them! The coco club points help too which means you get money to spend when you buy an item from them, and they all add up. The customer service has been second to none and I cannot fault it at all. Danielle has been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with something. She is a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 in terms of quality of service, quality of clothes and selection of clothes.
I don’t want to give any star ! However I had to give one to leave a review! Waiting on a refund from this store! I’ve sent emails and also messages thru Instagram, all ignored! Terrible store to deal with. God knows if I’ll ever get my money back!
I’m having terrible service with Coco Boutique. I placed an order in early April. It’s now nearly 4 weeks later and I have not received it. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and have not received a reply.
I've been ordering from Coco for quite a while now. I check in via their app weekly to see their new releases. Love that their pieces are unique, a bit different to what you'd find in regular stores. I love the pops of colour too. I also think the one size pieces take the stress out of online shopping! I've never had to return anything.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I placed an order and cancelled the SAME day as placing the order. I sent three more follow up emails over the next three days and NO RESPONSE. The order was shipped and my card charged. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAY ARE AWFUL!!!! I am disputing the charge because they are terrible.

I ordered the famous black loafers recently and they are buttery soft! It was a bit of a wait on pre-order but they are 100% worth the wait. Don't walk, run to buy these. Thank you Danielle and Ari x

I tried to cancel an order within a couple minutes of ordering- order said canceled. I still received the order and a charge to my credit card. Reached out to the email 6 times for guidance on how to return the items, no response. Terrible customer service.

Located. I have made several attempts to request a refund and since there is no phone number only email, I have had no luck! I will not shop this site again!

My experience of Coco boutique is always fabulous just like the clothes and Danielle. My most recent purchase were the beautiful nude loafers which are just fab and a gorgeous dress, cardi and tee shirt. So happy with my purchases. I’ve always had a great experience with Coco and Danielle always knows what I like. I’ve yet to walk away disappointed. I’ve been buying from Coco for many years now and never fail to find something 🫶
