Even worse than Aramex (the rock bottom worst of the worst of courier companies). Weekly deliveries from Amazon are thrown into the front garden , in full view of passing traffic , despite clear instructions to leave at front door and multiple complaint’s to Amazon.
Every other courier company delivers to the front door here in Bowral, except this bunch of lazy , unprofessional nonces.

Ok package was delivered, in an absolutely ridiculous spot, with no viewable picture..thanks i guess.

They're horrendous at updating, do not follow delivery instructions and drop packages from a height over the wrong fence. Literally dropped it on top of the neighbours dog. Absolutely ridiculous. Why Amazon use these guys is beyond me

Sorry, but I don't even want to give one star. I order an Item from Amazon which normally Aramex deliver those items but this time it is CODExpress, it is the first time that I can not finds my item. I tried to call them many times and I left the message which no one called me back. Check on their Website but useless. Another week pass by, I called them again. They told me that the parcel can't fit in the mail box so they left it behind someone bins... I wonder why they can't left it in front of the door at my house like another couriers does?? also the guy said I you could not find it, maybe someone already throw it away, try to contact Amazon to resend the item again. I think Amazon should stop working with them, very irresponsible.

I have had a number of deliveries with codexpress (through Amazon) and I have found them excellent, always arrives on time and always treated my stuff with care.

Package is a week late, needed it by today to deliver to a child’s birthday that’s 6 hours away, can’t contact them and the ‘tracking’ provided by Amazon doesn’t exist according to their website. Unable to cancel order as it’s entered the package system. Will be putting in complaint through the Ombudsman.

Initially no tracking information then 2 days later delivered.

Several items in 2 packages sent from Amazon, notified that they were delivered. NO PACKAGE LEFT AT MY HOUSE! Terrible service

Wow...I am just adding to the one star reviews about Code express.
Same deal...tracking says ' Marked as successfully delivered an hour before it's suppose to be delivered.
Then, there is no parcel, no proof of delivery and no way to contact.

Another complete delivery failure from CODExpress. Ordered from Amazon 18 June, supposed to delivered 20 June, notice saying it was picked up by CODExpress 19 June and given a tracking number. Then advised it would be delivered 21 June, didn't arrive. New notice saying there had been a problem (with no actual explanation) and it would be delivered 23 June. Didn't arrive. Now Amazon delivery status says the delivery date is currently unavailable. No explanation or reason. So I put the tracking number provided by CODExpress into their website ... says it doesn't exist!

This is the absolute worst delivery service. My package was supposed to arrive 4 days ago and now it’s running late which has NEVER happened to me throughout my entire experience using Amazon. I’m expecting it’s not even going to arrive, zero communication.

Amazon carrierCOD Express continue to ignore instructions and leave parcels on the street rather than ring front intercom. This has happened multiple times. Obviously they are cheap and that must be why Amazon use them.

Building has a parcel Locker yet he stupid idiots at Code cant work out how to use it. Package stolen yesterday, did have a nice pic from Code that it was left out front of Building about 1 hour before i could go down and collect it.

Ordered two items through Amazon.
Neither arrived. They marked it as “attempted delivery” rang up multiple times and they didn’t answer and just declined the calls as it only rang twice.

After reading all the terrible reviews about CODExpress marking items as ‘delivered’ when they in fact hadn’t I set my expectations real low only to be proved wrong. Purchased an item from Amazon on Friday and it was delivered within 24 hours. Considering it was shipped from NSW and I’m in semi-regional QLD.

The driver has started driving across my front lawn, which is damaging and leaving tyre tracks. It would only take an extra 30 seconds to park in my driveway and walk to my door.

Item out for delivery to my work at 10am. Item received a 'failed delivery at 9pm' at 8:30pm. So after 11hrs they tried to deliver my parcel half an hour into the future over 4hrs after our business times.

Have delayed purchasing items from Amazon due to their use of CODExpress as the courier to my address (which just happens to be outside the largest inland city in NSW which is hardly remote)
I relented and purchased an item from Amazon only to experience again the frustration of chasing up a non delivery; I’m surprised that Amazon continue to use this company and wonder when the reputational damage will reach a point that results in severing ties with CODExpress.

Terrible service no call and when I rang to politely ask where it was she told me they can’t call everyone.. no one even rang the door bell. Very rude service and attitude

Scott, Sydney office, (I'm in QLD ) offered me brilliant Customer service. While my delivery time is a stuff up, it is the fault of Amazon 100%.
Scott followed through immediately to track down my Parcel & organize a Delivery...out of their delivery zone. 🎖🎖
