Ordered from Collectors Kingdom on many occasion and all I can say is the guy who runs this business is very down to earth and actually about the hobby instead of the profit!

I would easily buy from him again knowing that I can trust him and his business to deliver. Collector's Kingdom was the only reason I was able to master set 151 at a time when I pretty much was ready to give up. A memory I will cherish forever!

A great community of people can found within this Kingdom and I will not be told otherwise! Thank you for all your great orders in the past and more to the future 💫

Experienced a website glitch showing stock when there wasn’t any. The owner has emailed and explained the situation. On top of that worked all night to get through refunds all in one night. Great communication, speedy refund. Would definitely use them again. Don’t see the need for bad reviews due to this situation which was quickly amended at all. Many thanks 😃

This team is being unfairly targeted by people who are upset that their orders never went through. Even though my order fell through, it was entirely out of the store's control, and their customer service was excellent. They clearly communicated what the issue was and rectified it immediately. I can’t imagine the amount of work that went into resolving the issue in the short amount of time that they done it in! Amazing work.

They even donated £500 to Great Ormond Street Charity to make amends for the issue. They are wonderful people running a great HONEST business which in itself is pretty rare in this space at the moment. Keep going you are definitely needed in this community!

Refreshing to see a genuine great person in the Pokemon selling world!

Mistake was made where the website allowed sales of items that were out of stock.

Apology email and refund were through in the morning, no harm done! They even donated to a charity which was incredible and unnecessary.

Ignore the selfish 1 star reviews from entitled scalpers.

Like most, I barely ever do reviews but this needs to be done.

There was a mistake yesterday whilst someone was working on the site which meant everything bad unlimited supply, after 5-10m the whole Pokémon community realised there was an error as nobody gets unlimited stock, some people reached out to Mike to let him know but within that 30m window, thousands of orders were placed

Mike subsequently spent the entire night, working overnight refunding everyone and fixing the website.
He sent subsequent emails advising what happened and even made a donation to charity out of the goodness of his own heart.

Anyone rating the site as 1* are doing so knowing the above happened or theyre just took ignorant to actually care and they want to destroy a man's livelihood over a website malfunction, either way, the 1* reviews should be removed by trust pilot as it was a site glitch, not the owner trying to do anything dodgy.

Hopefully the business continues to strive and I'll be returning to them even more so after last night and how quickly they handled the error.

Great service

I was part of the error that occurred with the stock being updated incorrectly. The orders were cancelled and refunded very quickly, while it’s disappointing this is clearly an honest error from a reputable business who doesn’t deserve to be slaughtered for it. Would happily purchase from him again, this was handled quickly and even sent an email confirming the error with a charitable donation. Class act!

made an order last night when the stock issue happened decided to take a chance incase it was a real restock although it turned out to be a site glitch the owner sorted it as soon as he could handled excellently and refund was prompt and communication regarding the issue was good

Amazing service, as always. Even though there was a website malfunction, the team refunded everyone and still made a donation to charity. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. More people in this space could learn a lot from these guys. Highly recommended!

Ordered booster box prior to technical issues without issue. When your website is constantly being bombarded with organised crime bots, occasionally funny things will happen.

Lots of the one star reviews are the people who queue at 1am and punch people who get product when they miss out. Leaving bad reviews is their punch in the face.

Don’t let bully’s win when there is a genuine business trying to make a go of it 🙂.

It's disappointing to see so many 1-star reviews over what was clearly a genuine system glitch.

The website mistakenly allowed customers to place multiple orders for Pokémon products, and I was one of the people who placed an order during that time. Collectors Kingdom made the difficult but fair decision to cancel every affected order and issue full refunds to everyone. Nobody was singled out or treated differently.

What stands out to me is how the situation was handled afterwards. Despite dealing with personal health issues, the owner stayed up throughout the night to manually process and cancel more than 7,000 affected orders so customers could be refunded as quickly as possible. On top of that, Collectors Kingdom donated £500 to charity—a gesture that speaks volumes about the character of the business.

No company wants a technical issue like this to happen, but genuine mistakes do occur. What matters is how a business responds, and in my opinion Collectors Kingdom acted with honesty, transparency and integrity throughout. They took responsibility, refunded everyone in full, communicated the situation, and did their best under difficult circumstances.

Don't let a wave of emotional 1-star reviews over a technical error overshadow what is otherwise a trustworthy business that genuinely cares about its customers. I'll happily continue supporting Collectors Kingdom.

I’ve never written a review for any websites before, but after reading everything that’s been written under this website, I found it unfair and had to speak up about it. I’ve been a returning customer and honestly, all been great experiences, and fair prices.

Last night, someone who was working for Mike decided to mess up the website, causing thousands of refunds to be initiated within 12 hours after the mistake, and that’s truly amicable, to be able to refund everything despite the mistake. They have also donated £500 for their mistake towards Great Ormand Street Charity to make up for their mistake, so any comments on ‘not giving a reason’, should be removed as they decided to use no common sense to read their emails.

Kudos to you Mike, and I hope your site continues to strive.

Tried to order a product which was in very high demand initially successful but it was quickly apparent that it was a glitch however the owner worked tirelessly through the night to make sure all customers were affected were made whole and refunded then proceeded to donate £500 to charity as an apology. Fair play you get my respect for your dedication to your customers and will definitely shop with again.

Places a order but was a technical issue so it was canceled by the company, as as a good will gesture they donated £500 to great Ormond street hospital. Absolute legends. Will definitely order in the future.

Probably the most genuine TCG site.

I went through a really rough patch and dropped the hobby for a couple of years back in 24. I still saw the supportive messages from him and his community though.
