We’ve been ordering from Mikes store now for a few months. Never had an issue. Always quick delivery. Absolutely 0 complaints. There was an issue with the shop last night which has caused a few bad reviews. Ignore them. Mikes explained multiple times what has happened, has apologised and even donated to a children’s charity to apologise even further. Amazing response and we will continue to shop here for our cards 🫶🏻

Such a amazing guy so helpfully when asking questions about product and I still don’t know how he can run this all by himself would recommend him and his company to anyone thanks again mike for the everything and such quick postage

Wonderful company, good priced products. Some very silly 1 star reviews being left over a technical error on the website. Ignore these as this is a fantastic and reliable company.

I’ve used collectors kingdom for many years now and through his community I have got to know the owner very well.

After a website error which had nothing to do with him as he was busy with a family event. As soon as he saw the problem, he shut down the site and made a public announcement via his socials explaining the issue and that he will be sorting it as soon as possible.

He then spent the whole night cancelling over 7000 orders by himself so people could get a refund before the original transactions could be completed. Not many companies or people would have this level of service.

One thing I’d like to add aswell is even though collectors kingdom is a company, it is a one man band with his girlfriends help. Over the years I’ve never seen someone so genuine and honest anytime there has been a mistake and so giving to his community and customers.

He has always gone above and beyond. It is hard to see the review bombing when this issue was completely out of his hands but he managed to get everything cancelled and squared away as soon as he was aware.

Thank you for your continued service Mike you are literally a godsend in this toxic TCG era and we all know the graft and work you put in to everything you do, even putting your own personal health at risk.

I never care enough about a company to leave a review.

Mike is a top bloke and unfortunately his website encountered a very dark day.

Shopify screwed them stock wise and now Barney dinosaurs leaving 1 star reviews losing they paper for a few days. Not shopped with them tho can bet it's a good business to shop with

Ignore the salty reviews from the people who had an order cancelled. I did too, there was very clearly an error on the website which caused a large amount of items to show as in stock and available for purchase without limits, but it was resolved and refunded before I even woke up this morning.

Collector’s Kingdom do not deserve to have their reviews tanked because of a simple error. Please do not let the bad reviews put you off from ordering from this small business!

Website had an error showing stuff in stock that wasn’t in stock. They realised and swiftly refunded the same night, all dealt with promptly and professionally, would not deter me from ordering again.

The owner of this site has demonstrated their character by working through the night to refund all orders that were taken in error. I always think you see the true side of people in adversity and the owner of this site has demonstrated that he is one of the good guys.

Despite the stock related error, I’ll be ordering in future with confidence

Amazing website to order from, great product. Sometimes mistakes happen. Please ignore all of the negative reviews just because of a backend mistake. Scalpers and horrible people leave bad reviews for things like this. They don't know the first thing about running a business, Collector's Kingdom is awesome.

Been waiting to buy ETB for sons birthday across various sites managed to get through the queue with this company and secure a box for them to cancel the order the following day. Avoid.

Website glitched and listed items as in stock when they werent. Owner was transparent and stayed up all night ensuring everyone got their money back and worked to ensure the best outcome in a situation brought upon him through no fault of his own. I would reccomend this store and trust it completely

The website had an error that allowed people to place orders by accident; the owner was upfront and cancelled all the orders on a Friday night! Have used them in the past and will use them in the future!

I along with thousands of other people ordered lots of different out of print pokemon packs for RRP and it quickly became apparent that it was an IT error showing them in stock. Despite that, there are a small minority of people who have done 1 star reviews because they weren't able to profit from an obvious error and despite the fact that the owner stayed up all night cancelling and refunding every order.

The owner has handled this impeccably and should be praised for doing so, not left crappy reviews by people trying to make a quick buck off what is designed to be a children's trading card game.

Placed a order, cancelled over night , no explanation given, avoid

Ordered a couple of Pokemon ETBs last night to take advantage of a stock glitch.

There was clearly an error on the website and they refunded very quickly. Would definitely purchase from again - hope you managed to get it all fixed.

orders cancelled with no explanation, will gladly review this if given an explanation and what seller is going to do to make this right. thought i had managed to get some Pokemon for my sons upcoming birthday, now have to hunt again!, after hearing what happened i have done as i said i would and reviewed my feedback.

Placed and order, money went out the bank, cancelled with absolutely no communication whatsoever.
