Great shipping! Friendly service!

This website is run by a really great dude. He's always on top of things, and I've personally never had a problem, but if I did, I'm sure he would resolve it instantly.

I placed an order and fat figured my email address. I reached out for correction and the owner reached out to make sure I got my shipping confirmations (shipping was fast btw). He answered a few unrelated questions as well. I ended up cancelling an order I had with the California company and going with CollectorZown who got me the item in 4 days at a lower price. They will be one of the first places I check going forward.

Everything went smooth and the response was VERY fast. The only thing I would improve is the packaging. Although, the package arrived undamaged, I feel like I got lucky :D Maybe an option to double-box the package at the checkout?

As soon as I placed my order I received an email thanking me for my purchase and stating my item would be shipped the following day, which it was. I was impressed with their reasonable prices and prompt replies to any questions I had via email. Will buy from them again!

Thanks to @JedhaPatrol for the recommendation to @collectorZown. Y'all was attentive, thoughtful and very reassuring. I absolutely 💯 ♥️ love this figure. Thanks again 😊

Best customer service in the collectibles community!!

Collectorzown has become my GO TO for Hot Toys. Always a good experience

Mainly the Personal Treatment and Customer Service by the Owner. Marcos makes his shop more of a community experience than a shopping one. Not to mention he always has the Best Deal in Town in all things licensed Collectibles.

From my first purchase to my most recent, the owner has provided VIP service. He is always reachable and responsive. If I need a replacement part, he arranges delivery in a matter of days. He has become my most trusted seller for high-end collectibles.

I love the professionalism of the owner and his direct contact with the collecting community. It’s a great company to do business with. And I look forward to doing business with them in the future

Fast delivery and great communication from the owner. Always looking out for the customer and great deals

It took me a while to find a trusting, reliable outlet for my collectibles. CollectorZown delivered more than expected. Quick delivery, exceptional customer service. My choice for collectibles.
