the first reason for 5 stars: I had searched online all my favorite digital stores, to no avail. Colorado Cyclist had what I wanted in stock and available for purchase.
Secondly, the coveted item was on sale at a considerable discount.
And the last reason for the 5 star rating is because shipping was free and uber rapid.
I received my prized item 2 days after purchase!

Return process a bit clunky
I order a pair of cycling shorts, same brand same size as the ones I already had, so I thought they would be a sure thing. However the new shorts were smaller and fit too tight. I returned them, but the return process is a bit clunky, first I had to find the place in the webpage to do returns, took a bit of searching, then I had to take photos of the shorts and upload them to the webpage, then "apply to get refunded", a few days later I was aproved and provided a return approval, and then I had to go to the post office to ship them and pay to send the shorts back.

Worst return policy I’ve ever…
Worst return policy I’ve ever experienced by far!!!! Will never order from you again because of how inconvenient and costly you make it for the buyer to return an item.
