Issues with customs during shipping but I was offered a full refund and other options where they covered the cost of lots of anything that needed to be covered. Amazing products, all came perfectly!! Highly recommend, thank you so much once again to the lovely owners!!

I placed my order 2 and a half months ago and only ever received 1/3 items. Customer service is shocking, never giving any explanation or apology and only giving fake promises like “it’ll be shipped this week” and it never is. Money lost and no accountability. They do not care about their customers.

My order was delayed 1 whole month because they said it they did not have 1 item (a belt) available. When the package arrived, the same belt was missing. It has not been shipped yet, despite my mani complaints via e mail. It’s a real shame, the quality is top notch but they simply don’t care about customers.

bought some paint splatter jeans from them back in the December and they’re still my favourite pair to this day. decent quality and great prices, some other very cool bits too, highly recommend!

The items are 2 sizes smaller than average in the UK. I’ve asked to return, which I am legally allowed to, and they now ignore my emails. I’m having to report them to shopify… not to mention I waited 2 months for the product and had to ask them 3 times to ship it. such a shame as I love to support smaller businesses but they really disappointed me.

I ordered a jacket from here that I'd had my eye on for a bit, when they advertised a small sale. Originally I thought I'd have to wait a while for it to arrive, but it came pretty quickly and its one of my faves now, get compliments all the time on it.

Jacket I bought was great however it took almost 4 months to get the order. Quality of the jacket is about 7/10, the canvas is heavy weight and durable but the liner on the inside feels a bit cheap.

My order of the fireman clasp jacket(#5756) never arrived. Only after five emails with me claiming that it wasnt shipped, they checked and informed me that they "accidentally" shipped it international "standard" instead of internationally "tracked". They asked me to wait further and as expected i still didnt recieve any package or got any notifications from local courier. Since then they have absolutely ghosted me and wont answer me anywhere. If you choose to read this review please get back to me and help resolve the issue. And for others reading this... stay away.

Absolutely shambolic. Sent my item and it got delivered to a random house and they just told me to take it up with Royal Mail as they have done their part. I contacted Royal Mail who said I need to get the company to open a case with them. I tried to tell Colt this and have been left on read ever since. AVOID. Shame.
