This company has been awesome throughout their great service.
Ordering was made very easy and delivered on the day by two great guys.
Nothing was to much for this company and the hot tub looks amazing.
Hopefully filling it up this weekend and relaxing.

Great service, great product. Had to wait a while for delivery but this was down to the pandemic not Combined Shipping.
I think my only gripe would be is, you should invest in a vehicle with a crane on the back. These things weigh a ton and 2 guys moving or lifting was impossible. I had to get the farmer to do it for me. A small crane to lift in elevated locations would have given your delivery team a better chance of success in delivering to its final destination.

Overall 9/10 for service, communication, support and advice. Delivery on the day took the 10/10 accolade off you.

You could not ask for more support, from the initial phone call to the delivery ,installation and set up. The delivery guys wear great and the after support is also fist class, no question to much trouble. I could honestly not recommend this company enough. The hot was a just I was looking at a great price, I needed to wait a few months due to shipping issues and these were they could improve no communication from them to me I was the one doing the chasing, the delivery once it was arranged cam on time and swift overall it's now in place and looks good

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, even the guys delivering were so patient as I had to remove a fence post, also aftercare, went to plug it in, moulded plug was damaged, telephoned and it was delivered next morning before 9am

Delighted with the whole process from start to finish. Quick and easy to order, payment also straight forward and easy to follow instructions regarding delivery. Delivery men were fantastic and put our hot tub on to Static Caravan decking with no issues at all, nothing was too much trouble for them. Installation chap came and explained everything to us and set everything up. Very helpful indeed. An extremely easy company to work with, would definitely recommend to others.

From visit to showroom to the crane operator it was a easy process, really pleased with the tub and service I've had, purchased from these on the recommendation of several friends that have purchased from them.

Mixed feels, second hot tub from CS upgraded from Moonlight to a Rose, growing family.
6 months for delivery CV19 and shipping problems around the world, more communication would have been helpful. Day before delivery phone call, check tub installed wrong touch screen, 3-6 months to get the one I wanted so refund for the lesser model. Delivery guys fantastic could`nt be more friendly, installer nice guy but rushed install did`nt supply glands scruffy install standard and i had install the in touch.. paid for install little annoyed with standard.
The Rose, its self far more powerful and even the cheap seats have good power and options very good features children love it. Negatives the new type lifter is rubbish and cover just does`nt fit correctly loosing lots of heat over night. Appears to loose a lot of temp over night and appears to take a lot longer to heat up the the old model. The in touch helps control the power usage filtering and heating, due to the rise in energy costs we are now running at £6-7 per day with solar panels, big increase not CS fault of course. Would recommend the intouch unit to control costs. the slopping sides mean you can balance your drinks on the side so had to purchase clip on cup holders.
don`t like the access panel have to remove the lifters nut and bolts to get access, not good. cover and filter just does`nt work for me.
Product after 1 months use very good product time will tell if the quality aspect stands the test of time.

Originally ordered in early 2021, but due to COVID, production and delivery problems in China and UK and even the Suez Canal blockage, was not delivered till 21/09/2021. CSC kept us updated and the delivery team were really great on the day with lots of helpful advice. I have had to contact the company once over a technical aspect. They got back the same day with a successful fix. Can't fault them
