Everything worked as expected / promised. No further comment needed

Always very knowledgeable and very prompt at the ordering stage. Delivery rapid and prices very competitive. I never look anywhere else

I was interested in an Infrared Sauna and rang for some advice. I spoke to a lady called Karen on a Saturday afternoon who sent me information on the basics of what they do straight away. I was impressed, so ended up sat outside the showroom on Sunday Morning. Louis explained everything to me and I paid for one there and then. I was off work the following week and they managed to deliver it to me to fit in with my plans. Liam brought it to the house and unpacked it from the boxes and helped me inside the hallway with the parts. I then started to unpack it. Unfortunately it was found that one of the narrow glass panels was damaged. I rang and spoke to Natalie who said they could sort me a replacement without any quible. I had a friend coming round to help me assemble and we did what we could that day. The next morning I popped to pick up the replacement panel. They could deliver it, but not on that day. I didn't mind as as was just pleased they had one in stock. The whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Outdoor Living to anybody. Everyone I came in to contact with were helpful and very easy to talk to. Plus the Sauna is brilliant and at an amazing price :-)

A very quick delivery as promised and the price of the item was very competitive compared to others on the market. Not as heavy as my previous hot tub cover but appears to be just as good

Fast delivery. Ordered one fay delivered the next on standard delivery.
