-charge toll with huge hidden cost
-no English explanation on invoices

This is a service provider to VIPcar with whom we are discussing these issues.

AVOID !

They seem to charge several times the toll for motorways when we hardly used it. We paid each time. I am looking into this with VIPcars and will let you know. Also, the car was smaller than our reservation.Male sure you photo all issues on car as they will charge you for any impact even if bumper already marked…

If I could rate zero I would.
They are scammers.
Not at ghe airport, you have yo call and they come and collect you.
The car didn't have any washer fluid and the service level from the office staff was disinterested.
The real problems come at drop off, it took 5 weeks of chasing to get my deposit returned, and only after getting the Jandarma involved.
I would avoid these at all costs and use Windy car hire instead.

They did exactly the same to me as the review under. Telling bullshit. Gave me a smaller car than my reservation. Charged me alot for washing the car after. No compensation. No transperancy.
After hiring a car five times from commet sisli and experiecing alot of bullshit this will be the last time ever.

I made a car rental reservation through booking.com more than 5 months in advance. THEY ARE AUTOUNION IN TURKEY.
I chose a medium car, a Fiat Egea sedan since it was the one that best suited our needs.
Yesterday at the Taksim store in Istanbul, without warning me before signing the documentation, they gave me a Fiorino van.
When I complained, they told me that they didn't have another one and that I thought that everything is in high demand during the tourist season.
and when I insisted that I had a reservation made and paid for months ago, they threatened me that if I wanted I could cancel the reservation or they would move me to an even smaller car. Logically I can't cancel a reservation with days of travel in advance.
I'm on vacation with my family and I'll try not to let this SCAM affect me but in case you're deciding I will NEVER hire anything from this company again.
