Mieten Sie auf keinen Fall ein Auto bei diesem Unternehmen!!!!
Wegen eines sehr kleinen Kratzers, dessen Entstehung während unserer Mietzeit für uns nicht einmal eindeutig nachvollziehbar war, wurde unsere Kaution von rund 400 € einbehalten – obwohl der Schaden aus unserer Sicht nicht einmal 30 € wert gewesen wäre. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage konnten uns weder eine Rechnung noch ein Nachweis über die Reparatur des Schadens vorgelegt werden. Kundenservice und Fairness sehen anders aus. Wir werden hier nie wieder ein Auto mieten und können das Unternehmen niemandem empfehlen.

We rented a large van from torlak auto and were assured that the maintenance was recently done and had no issues. We still got the full insurance coverage and were told it would cover all issues . We had a flat tire in the middle of the highway and had to change it ourselves in 35 degree heat. We had several conversations with staff and they recommended a tire shop in Fethiye and said the company would cover it. When we had the tire replaced they did not cover anything and we were left with paying the whole bill on top of the insurance we purchased. Baris at the Pendik office told us one thing but Emre refused the payment. He even accused us of lying. We will never rent a car from them ever again.

Don’t even consider renting a car from this company. First, they make you walk away from the departure hall so they can pick you up from a far point. Secondly, they absolutely rip you off. They charged me the deposit on my credit card (not blocking it) which is utterly ridiculous. I’ve booked cars in different countries before and all companies block the deposit but this is not the only thing they do. They also charge you the tolls fees blindly at the end of your booking when you return the car. They make up a story about not knowing how much the HGS will charge them even though you’ve already paid through the tolls. They’re never clear in their communication and answer messages after a while with no clear answer. Believe me, this is my experience with them and I will never rent a car from them again. I spent almost 28 days getting my €500 deposit back and am still chasing after the €3400 Turkish lira they charged me for tolls. It’s been a month since I returned the car and they’re still charging me for the tolls. I won’t stop writing a review and I’ll post this all over social media and their website as well as on all car rental search engines. This is absolutely disgusting and a rip-off.

A bannir, je vous déconseille de choisir cette agence vous allez être déçu. Rembourse la caution 1 mois après et obliger de les relancer mainte et mainte fois.
C’est du jamais vu une caution de 700 euros en plus et il ne me l’ont pas remboursé entièrement sous prétexte que j’ai fumé dans la voiture.

Очень плохо 700€ кауцион который не хотели возвращать мне надо было связыватся со своим банком что бы вернуть деньги , низкая цена это замануха
Лучше заплатить дороже чем потом иметь проблемы настоятельно никому не советую

20/03/2026 Tarihinde otomatik bir doblo kiraladım, araç sıfırdı ilk kullanan bendim ve içi dışı pırıl pırıldı en çok dikkatimi çeken olay aracı teslim alacağım esnada sigara içmenin yasak olduğu bilgisini vermeleri oldu sigara kullanmayan birisi olarak beni çok mutlu etti ve tüm detayları eksiksiz anlattılar kafamda hiç bir soru işareti oluşmadı. Aracı teslim ettiğimde de aynı durumla karşılaştım, daha önce kayseri şubesinden de kiralama yapmıştım ozaman olduğu gibi şimdide memnun kaldım. Herşey için teşekkürler 👏🏻

Absolutely disgusting stay away. They try to eat your deposits up. When you try say I’ll pay by credit card that way your safe they start asking for bank transfer and they don’t even turn up at the airport on time just go to enterprise or hertz

Do not go anywhere near, I was a victim of an attempted scam, where they delivered my car outside the terminal under the pretence someone back at the office would be taking payment. They then said my credit cards failed (they tried 3) and insisted I pay the €700 deposit, because I didn't take out their insurance, in cash. They even had someone arrive claiming to be a customer returning a car who was asked to intervene as he spoke English to say this was legitimate! I'm convinced I would never have seen my €700 again as I should have been taken to the office to make the payment or they could have bought a card reader.

Emre was great help. I was very happy with the rental. I would recommend Torlak Auto to anyone.

They have really professional and friendly employees, they took delivery of my vehicle without any problems..
