Definitely a scam. I didn’t realize it was coming from China and ordered almost $200 of Halloween sweaters and leggings. I don’t get items I ordered but got some of the most hideous, cheaply made items I’ve ever seen. They keep offering me $18 to settle. Or I can send it to China and never see anything. They won’t give a return address, just continue rejecting emails and offering the $18. F that, someone at goodwill might use some of it, the rest will literally go in the trash.

Absolute scam! A.k.a. Julian Porter. High quality photos, shoddy cheap quality clothing. Order a jacket and waistcoat, the jacket was so thin you could hold it up to the light and see through. Nothing like the photos. Immediately emailed, no reply. Next day emailed again. No reply. No buyer protection at all. Don't waste your money!!

Unseriöser Verkäufer, liefert totale Müllware, viel zu klein, stinkt bestialisch nach Kunststoff. Auf Reklamieren kommen die mit rechtswidrigen Angeboten. Habe bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück. Finger weg!

Do not buy ANYTHING from this ‘company’. Very poor quality shirts which bore no resemblance to pictures and absolutely no communications from them when trying to arrange return - avoid at all cost!

I ended up with two items of the same thing. Money out twice from my bank.
No paperwork or order confirmation via email.
So no way to deal with it.
Both jackets are shockingly cheap no labels but the item was sold as a reduced Chloe jacket.
Total rip off company. Website looks smart Julian Porter.

I’d give no stars if I could, shocking company, shocking customer service, absolute rip off scammers. Ordered 2 good looking shirts from their website and what turned up was embarrassing, a 5 year old could’ve made them better. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Ordered a men's jacket and waistcoat online. Delivery took over two weeks — not ideal, but manageable. However, the real issue was the shocking quality of the items. The material was nothing like what was advertised — it felt more like something you'd use to clean with, not wear. Completely unacceptable and misleading.
I followed the company's own returns process and emailed them as instructed, but have received no response whatsoever.
It’s hard to believe a genuine company would operate like this. Feels like dealing with a rogue trader.

I have ordered 2 dressed from this company. They were delivered 2 weeks later than expected and I have contacted them numerous times regarding returning these as per their returns policy but haven't had no response. Please do not use this company.

Ordered two Shirts which took ages to arrive and when they came. The colors were ok but the material compared to the photos looked totally different. Also the collars were huge and bared no resemblance whatsoever to the photos. I won’t be using them again.

Ordered 3 shirts. Took a while to arrive. They looked great in the photos but actual product did not live up to the photos. The fit was poor and the colours were completely different.
I have emailed repeatedly concerning return and refund and have received no response at all from the company.

Very bad service. I been trying to send the order back in the last week but they are not responding to me.The clothings are not as described or showed in the photos. 16

As other reviews have also said, their sizing is wrong and their service is poor. I'm a size 8.5, and I ordered the size "8.5 - 9". The ones which were received are far too small, and they won't refund or replace with the correct sizing.

I ordered 2 pkgs of this sleep patch and was charged with 4 pkgs twice.
I immediately canceled my order.

Update to my previous review. Sweater ordered and paid for 12th October finally delivered 30th December. No tracking number or information about replacement until 26th December when Shop spp showed order placed with Cub01 was in transit. Turned out to be from Comfy family and was replacement after half a dozen emails and phone conversation with Evri who collected original package from Heathrow and returned to sender who received it 05fh November only informing me that delivery was delayed. I still don't know why it was returned and neither sender nor carrier kept me informed. I am just grateful I didn't lose my money and won't order from them again

J'ai commandé des chaussons à ma taille de chaussures - 3 semaines d'attente pour être livré et ils sont trop petits, Comfy me propose d'en recommander 1 taille au dessus avec une remise : toujours trop petits car trop étroits.
Je demande le remboursement et le retour produits mais on me repropose une nouvelle remise pour en recommander ?
Je précise que je souhaite uniquement un remboursement mais malgré mes relances, je n'ai plus aucune réponse !
Ayant payé par PayPal, j'ai dû transmettre le dossier complet à PayPal devant la mauvaise volonté de Comfy et c'est PayPal qui s'est chargé du remboursement.
Étonnamment, il est impossible de laisser un avis sur le site de Comfy ?

J’ ai reçu 2articles qui ne correspondaient pas à ma commande, j’ ai du justifier par des photos et je n’ ai jamais été remboursée.
Leur annonce repose dans les 48 heures est fausse !!!! Une semaine que j’ ai envoyé mon dernier mail 😡😡😡😡
