Horrible company and customer service. The pants I received were shockingly small. Company only wants to refund 20%, and saying the company is in China - would be too expensive for ME to return them. But I could “gift” them. Awful!!!

This company is a scam. They "promised" merchandise by a certain time and it did not arrive until well overa month after placing order. The quality is terrible, thin and not fleece as advertised. They only accept returns in China and the buyer has to pay all shipping and customs costs which ends up being more than the product itself and definitely more than it is worth. DO NOT purchase form this company.

Don’t purchase anything from here. The website is deceiving- it’s takes forever to get the product, the return time period is from date of purchase, then they want you to return it to China. And they hardly respond. Don’t buy anything from here.

If I could rate this company with no star I would.
I had two separate orders for Christmas. Once the first order came and I opened it, I realized I had made a mistake. The quality was horrible and the pajamas set didn't look like the picture they had posted online. I then tried to cancel my second order, which I never heard back from the company until it was being shipped, then they said it was too late to cancel. Their 100% satisfaction or refund policy is a joke. I have emailed them 8 times about starting a refund and never get any questions answered. Of course there is no number associated with this company and everything comes shipped directly from China. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but don't expect to get any of my money back. Truly disappointing. Also, when the second order finally did arrive, it also did not match the product that I ordered.

Our pajamas did not arrive on time, despite paying for expedited shipping and the promise that they would be here in 3-5 days. So, no pajamas for Christmas. I want to return them, but I am getting the same info as others here - pay shipping to CHINA if you want to return.

Cheap knockoffs return policy is to let you keep the knock off and give you 20% of what you paid. Avoid these people!

If possible they would give 0 stars. SCAM! They take your money but you never get the pajamas. I made the mistake of ordering some Dec. 9. On the site it said they would arrive within 3 days. After I ordered & they got money,I received an email saying it would be 10- 20 business days.it is January 2nd &still nothing.

Awful experience. Like others, I ordered Christmas pajamas 4 weeks prior to Christmas and they arrived on 12/27. They are extremely CHEAP quality, not cotton and the color is off. I immediately emailed for a refund and the company has YET to provide me with the return shipping address despite numerous email requests. My only hope is that you will READ and listen to these reviews prior to purchasing. I regret not researching better.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered 4 matching PJs on 12/4. The site said it would be here by XMas. It was delivered on 12/27. That was after at least 6 emails to the company asking for status. The PJs are horrible quality. They don't match. I tried to return them but was given the run-around. The return process starts from the day of the order , not when they are delivered. When it takes 4-6 weeks to get an order from China its hard to return it within 30 days. It has to be in the original packaging. Hard to see they are not matching or terrible quality without taking them out of the packaging. They do not cover shipping fee's back to wherever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I echo everything else I've read on other reviews - paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, and they don't tell you until after you place the order that it will take between 10-20 days to process before it even ships.
After I found this out I immediately emailed them to cancel, then they first offered 20% off, I said no, cancel it, then they offered 20% off again, I said no. Then they had finally waited long enough that the order had shipped and they said there was nothing they could do.
I guess shame on me for getting fooled by this sham of a company, but hope I can get someone else to think twice!

I agree with all the negative reviews in this page. You need to order almost a year in advance if you want it on time. Still waiting on Christmas present I ordered well before Christmas. Sent several messages and get only auto replies. Horrible customer service. Do not order from them. I asked for refund, let's see how that goes. Wish me luck. I would rate this company negative 100. Stay away!

Worst experience ever. I didn’t think to read reviews before placing the order. Not sure why I trusted Instagram?! I also purchased expedited shipping and never received the package. It’s been over a month. Beware! How can we shut this fraudulent company down?

THE site says they are out of Nevada. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. They are nothing more than a scam!

I ordered family Christmas pj's on November 20th, it's December 22nd and we still don't have them. They do not tell you the pj's are coming from China and will take weeks before you get them. This is ruining my kid's Christmas as we do not have family pj's. Do not order from this site.

I ordered on a USA site and received from China. The products don’t match the description on the website: poor quality (thin polyester instead of advertised cotton and fleece). I asked for refund and the company ignored refund my request. The pyjamas are not wearable. I ordered for my whole family of 4. It’s scam!

Absolutely awful! I wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. Made a simple Return an absolute nightmare. Don’t buy from this place.

Dreadful experience. Don't go near them. Paid for expedited shipping on 6th December - 3-5 business days. Now 10 days later and still no sign. I have sent messages online and via email and just receive templated response. I have given up and asked Paypal for a refund and suggested they sever all and any relations with this company. They are evidently China based. The tracking continues to suggest the items are somewhere between China and the USA. Don't touch with a bargepole.

This company steals images from sites like Pajamagrams, takes a month to deliver your order, and what they deliver is a cheap knock off.

I placed an order on 11/7, heard nothing for weeks, followed up on 11/23 and tried to cancel - which they would not let me do - being unsure if anything would ever arrive I went to Amazon. I found the exact same image that MyComfyPajamas was using. I placed the order on Amazon and received a Pajamagrams product. When the MyComfyPajamas product finally came, the difference in the quality was laughable. I would not put the MyComfyPajamas clothes on my kids. They're so low quality.
I asked for a full refund (since it's literally false advertising) and the told me they could only give me a 20% refund.
I posted on BBB, too. It's definitely not about the $90 I spent - it's the principle. This is deplorable.
