Horrific customer service - shipping took weeks and once it was evident that I could not possibly receive my large Christmas pj order in time for Christmas, I requested to cancel the order. “Conveniently” the order was shipped that day and could not be cancelled. It took two more weeks to be delivered. Arrived in January. Company wanted me to pay shipping and return it to China even though it shipped from Pennsylvania. The pajamas aren’t even soft.

Less than one star. Also known as Premier Trust Store - I am still waiting since January for a refund. A horrible company with no one to talk to. They send the same email response every time and want me to return the item to China. This company should be put out of business.

Terrible experience, the shipment took several months so my Christmas PJs arrived after the holidays. The sizes were wrong and they refused to give me a refund. Just terrible experience

Total Scam. Quality is very poor. Cheap thin material. I have been trying for 2 months to get my money back. they would not tell me where to return the items so I mailed to the location in Nevada. Now they are telling me I cannot get my money back without mailing to China. But I don't have the pajamas, they were signed for by the company in Nevada. Total rip off. Buyers stay away from this company.

This company is a total scam. Ordered Christmas pajamas for the family including 2 small dogs. Didn’t receive them till the day after Christmas. None of them fit & the xs for the dogs are so big that I could put both dogs in one & they would still be way too big. Customer service sucks. They have sites in the US, but you can only send them back to China at your own expense to receive a refund. This is really frustrating and I finally accepted the “offer” of a 20% refund and I’m still waiting for that after a month and a half. Makes me wonder if I did go to the expense of sending them back to China, would they really send back a refund? This company is a total scam and rip off plain and simple.

Do not order from this place. Ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandchildren and the came three weeks into January. Tried to return them and they sent me a China address to return to which $20-$50 to ship. What a rip off. Please do not waste your money. They are big time rip offs.

My husband ordered pajamas for me on December 1. Received them mid-January. XL size was nowhere close to fitting me, a plus-sized American woman. The waist measured 20 inches total, laying flat and unstretched. That would have fit me when I was a skinny, underweight 12-year-old.
I contacted the company to return. Even though the website says they will give a label to ship it back, when I heard from them, it was from a different name, "Premier Trust..." and I was told I could get 20 percent refund and keep the pajamas (no, thanks), or I could ship them to China ($35 to $40). WHAT? I am still arguing with them, but I think I won't get anywhere with people like these. Maybe I'll complain to my Attorney General. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like so many others, I ordered weeks before Christmas for my entire family of 10 humans plus 4 dogs. I paid for expedited shipping plus shipping insurance. Such a waste. The items arrived a week after Christmas, and were lousy quality. I've been going back and forth with them ever since. They've offered 20% off my original order or 50% off my next order. There will be no next order. My other option is to pay for shipping back to China from the US. They won't refund until items are received. I don't trust that process. This is a sham company. Avoid avoid avoid.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered pajamas for all of my grandkids for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. I did not receive them until January. I tried to work it out with them, but they didn’t respond. I would not recommend this company at all.

Worst online shopping purchase ever. First I tried to cancel order before it was processed. They disregarded request and shipped after. I paid for expedited shipping. Came late. Returning this order has been a nightmare. They discouraged return . Making me pay for shipping to china. This is crazy. I’m in USA

Horrible service. Selected a set of PJs. They were suppose to be delivered by Christmas. Came a month later. The wrong Pjs. Would not let me return them.

My mom ordered matching pjs for the family for Christmas and there are a few issues.
1. They came after Christmas
2. The material quality is very poor, no tags saying the size, what the material is or care instructions.
3. The onesie for my daughter who is 7months is so impractical. It only zips 1/4 way down and there’s no opening to change a diaper!!
I feel bad my mom paid money for these. Get Burt’s bees pjs instead!!! Way better and cheaper too!

( big order), paid for “expediated shipping or processing” whatever it’s supposed to be and NEVER RECEIVED!! Auto response emails are pointless. Stay away from this company

Same as everyone else. Ordered pajamas for Christmas with a month of anticipation and they arrived after. They were low quality and of course they stopped responding when we tried to return it. Total scam!

This company did not provide the goods I paid for. I paid for expedited shipping, and insurance and both were a waste of money. The items I purchased never arrived. I disputed the charge with my credit card company so hopefully the money never got to this scam corporation. I tried to contact the company on multiple occasions. Despite website info of responding within 24 hours, they have never answered any of my emails. I don't generally write reviews, but I would like other people to avoid being scammed like I have been.

I purchases 2 sets of pajamas on time to be delivered for Christmas. I even purchased expedited shipping at 19.99 and $4.00 shipping insurance I never even received a tracking number. In all I was out $95.93 that my bank would not refund due to this company's scamming ways. Do not purchase anything from them they are literally scammers!! I sent numerous emails and received zero response. Couldn't even find a phone number to call and complain to someone about never receiving my purchase.

I ordered family pajamas. The website they would be there before Christmas. I never got a message that they shipped, and there is no way to find what one ordered or an account on their website, so I contacted them via email and finally got an automated response similar to the order confirmation. It was "still be prepared for shipment." It never arrived, and 9 correspondences later, said it was getting ready to be shipped (after Christmas). I said to cancel it and give me a refund, and then filed a dispute with my credit card company, which they honored.

Upon ordering I did not receive any for of confirmation / receipt. After almost a month I sent an e-mail using my PayPal receipt and within the day I received my first confirmation of my e-mail then a few hours later another response with the "receipt" with tracking information. 3 days later the order arrived package.

The pajamas were off very poor quality thin barely stretchy very basic construction.

I always read these reviews before I buy, not did not. This company chips from China!!! I paid for expedited shipping, from China??? Will not get here before Christmas. I will either return or dispute with my credit card company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order Nov 25. It is now Dec 15th and it still hasn't shipped. I have emailed them twice and they do not respond. They have no phone number to call. In addition, I have received probably at least 100 emails from them since I placed my order. They cannot even get my original order shipped but they spam me to buy more. Find your jammies somewhere else, this company does not have customer service.

Update: It is Dec 18th and I finally received a tracking number stating my order would arrive in 10-15 days. Their website address shows they are in Nevada, that is a complete lie. My order is shipping from China. If I could leave them a zero star I would. Obviously I will not be receiving them this Christmas.
