Extremely late, they don't reply, sent me wrong items and quality was very poor, nothing as shown in pictures. Worst buy ever. Parcel took over than a month to arrive to Spain and sent tracking number was not working at the beggining. The only supposed way to contact them is by an email adress that actually doesn't work (all emails were returned). At the end the parcel arrived, previous tax payment (at least in Spain) at the post office according to local TVA (21% of dutty) that the website is not reminding you when purchasing. The items were not the ones I ordered (only one of 4) and the quality was the poorest ever. Children toys dresses have best quality. Trust me. I will never buy again. This website is total wais of money and time.

No way to return! I bought because description said cotton material and no way it's cotton. No address or way to return. Not a trustworthy site!

Absolutely useless I’ve paid nearly £70 in good faith, got 1 item. Which is very bad quality I’m still waiting for 2 more items. Looks like I won’t be receiving them & if I did, if there anything like the 1 I’ve received they won’t be worth having either. I can’t even get them on email, so it looks like there really are a scam. Why does Facebook allow this, surely somehow they should be able to help people like myself to get our money

Commande de deux robes sur le site, réception après plus d'un mois d'attente, les articles reçus différaient des photos du site, couleur, forme, longueur des manches..Plusiers courriels au service client sans réponse. Achat payé par PayPal, après réclamation faite auprès de PayPal et l'ouverture d'un dossier litige, j'ai obtenu le remboursement intégral de ma commande (photos des articles reçus et celles du site transmise pour preuve à PayPal). site à ne pas utiliser.
Heureusement que j'ai fait cet achat avec PayPal, j'ai pu bénéficier de leur garantie achat, ce qui n'a pas été le cas avec cominbuy, site à fuir.

Commande reçue partiellement (3 articles sur 4).
Impossible de les joindre par mail (mail inconnu) ou par le site (erreur d'envoi).
Une arnaque, a fuir.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Can’t stress this enough. Arrival time ok BUT, Nothing looks like the picture on the site. No return address and the service and info email comes back undelivered. Patterns wrong, material wrong and really cheap. Knitted cardigan came as a sweatshirt material. Complete waste of money. No way of getting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Cheap flimsy material, inaccurate sizes and unable to contact the company for a refund, emails returned undeliverable. What now!!

Je reçois ce jour 6 Avril ma commande passée le 17 Mars. l'article est identique à la photo. les coloris sont lumineux. Surprise quand même de recevoir mon paquet de chine. je pensais que le site était au états unis. j'ai eu à payer à la poste 10 € pour frais de douane.

I ordered what I thought was a pretty floral tunic style t-shirt that fit a-line with junior styling. I am petite, and sometimes need a junior size or style. I ordered a Small and when it came it looked like a boxy woman’s size 1x. It was nothing like it had been pictured! Even the floral print on top was like a screen print, and not like painted flowers, as was depicted in the online picture. After paying the shipping of over $10, it cost almost $38- so I got an ugly t-shirt for $38! I won’t return it because then I’ll have to pay another $10+ for shipping back! Beware of this company! It’s definitely a scam!

This is a scam company. The clothes arrive late, some items missing and the quality is shameful. There is an email to contact to refund but you get a postmaster message. These guys are scammers and should be reported to the consumer ombudsman!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Très contente de ma commande , il ne faut pas être pressé, je l'ai commandé le 20 février et l'ai reçu le 15 mars rien de grave en soit , du moment qu'on sait que c'est long il faut juste s'armer de patience ! La robe est jolie moins brillante que sur la photo et un peu transparente, mais très bon rapport qualité prix .

I ordered 2 dresses, the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid. The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! Over $300 of purchases, three orders. Only one dress I wear. The rest cheap polyester w bag cut on my 5’10” 140 lb model’s body. Only one was nice ( the gypsy blue and white stripes w tassels) but it too is polyester. The rest all went to the Good Will store. The ones I liked which were similar Gypsy, never arrived. Always claiming the “cloth” was out of stock, to be shipped soon. Never got a refund, never sent, no matter that I contacted them 3 times and told refund was issued. My orders are there a year later not yet filled. Lost about $150.

I purchase a coat that was not as advertised. it’s cheap looking, thin and mostly not worth the cost time and effort they put in making it. I have no use for the coat DO NOT ORDER FROM COMINBUY.COM you will not get the same item as advertised
