DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a necklace back in August, it never arrived and I cannot contact them, emails do not send from their site or directly. The link on their website goes to Realyiyi, so I would advise not to buy there either. This looks like a total scam.I will never buy from companies based in China, they are a complete nightmare.

Bonjour.J’ai commandé un article sur le site Cominbuy il y a deux mois et à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu ! Je trouve celà scandaleux et j’espère avoir une réponse.

I ordered a pair of pants using their size chart and they were way too small. They say you can return them at my cost but neglect to tell you you have to return them to China, not anywhere in the US like most other companies do. The cost was too much so I’m stuck with something I can’t use and I will not chance using this company again and I advise you to stay clear.

If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would. After too many emails to count I could not get a refund or replacement item for an undelivered item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I could post pictures of what was advertised and what I got. The comparison is laughable. It isn’t even cut the same. I paid $40 for an item that should have cost $10. You know that cheap costume fabric that pre-made Halloween costumes are made out of? It’s a little thick and you think, “This isn’t too bad of quality for a $20 Halloween costume.” Yeah. That’s what it’s made out of. It is 💯 percent GARBAGE.
Unfortunately, these companies are constantly changing their names so reviews are impossible to find when they first blitz the internet with ads. I wish I had waited a couple of weeks to purchase this and done more digging on this company. It’s not even worth sending back (Which I’m sure these crooks count on).
Oh well. I will give it to my 11 year old to play dress up in and have fun with.

This Company does not deserve one star. I received one item from my purchase, it was like someone photo copied the pattern on the cheapest fabric they could find. I received the 2nd item weeks later. When I contracted the company by email they told me to return the item, but I would have to pay for shipping. This company is total garbage and so are their products. I wish I had found these reviews before I placed my order. (I did search, but I didn’t find any). I will trash both items because I wouldn’t even think of donating this crap to charity. Maybe I can wash my car with them.

I bought a dress from this company through Pinterest and all I can say it is a total scam. I didn’t receive any confirmation email of purchase or dispatch date. So I became immediately suspicious. Luckily I paid through PayPal. Pinterest by the way have washed their hands responsibility even though they host this company s website, so my advise is, don’t have anything to do with either. I buy stuff online all the time but both of these are the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Threw my $240.00 purchase in the trash!! Pure junk. They COPY actual designer patterns with cheap polyester fabric. Sizes 4x too small. No way to return unless you want to pay more than purchase price. Sent wrong items too. Just a warning..don't buy even if you think their website is appealing..It's not what you will get.

Total scam.
Firstly, they sent me wrong product of very cheap quality and less items than ordered.
I couldn't get in touch through their "Contact us" form due to bogus Captcha issues. Although I tried all possible case-sensitive combinations of Captcha code, it claimed that captcha was entered incorrectly.
When I found their email and emailed them, they offered to keep it as a gift because return fee would be too high.

Héla j'ai commandé sur ce site " Cominbuy" et impossible de recevoir le mode d'emploi pour les retours j'ai déjà échangé plusieurs mails mais il me propose un remboursement compensatoire mais pas de retour de commande( le tout en anglais!!!!".

Que puis je faire.

Je n’ai Pas commandé chez eux. Mais le site est à Hong Kong comme Veryvoga qui est un site lamentable. Ils font plus ou moins les mêmes articles qui viennent sûrement d’Aliexpress Ou même style. L’ergonomie du site est identique.
Alors soyez prudents !
