Dont buy the ceiling hooks.
Useless.
Hook keeps falling out and no adhesive.
Bought on amazon.
Going to request a refund.
Wont use command again

Command 3m self adhesive hooks are TOTAL MICKY MOUSE MERCHANDISE absolutly SHIT ,no adhesion wento B AND Q got some old skool ones with proper foam type high adhesion pads at a fraction of the price , command brain wash with elborate packaging and CRAP CONTENTS CLEARLY A SIGN OF THE TIME

Have been using these for years and they have always been good, in fact some are still in situ after 4 years.
Looks like the manufacturer is cutting costs as this years are absolute rubbish. They do not stick and when you touch the pad there is little or no glue on it. I used to have brand loyalty but not anymore. I will not be buying products from this manufacturer again and would advise others to avoid wasting their money.

Command strips - Not wishing to damage my newly decorated walls, I purchased two different sized packs of command strips to put my xmas decorations up. What a mess! these are absolutely USELESS! Directions fully adhered to, rubbish, I have patches of missing paint. Annoyed doesn't cut it, wish I had read other reviews before I wasted my money and damaged my home!

COMMAND STRIPS SUCK NO MATTER HOW YOU USE THEM HOW YOU HANG THEM HOW MANY YOU USE YOUR ITEMS WILL FALL DOWN AND BREAK WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I thought they were great to begin with but over time they fall off your walls taking the paint with it. Got a small 5cm box frame smashed from one falling off. Really light picture frames and fairy lights falling down alongside. Now I've got patches all over my walls from where they have given way. Cost more to fix than to buy!

I have now used two separate command strips. They both had items fall off the walls! And on another wall I was trying to remove them and the pull strip snapped. When I gently tried to take it off the wall one ripped the entire surface down to the drywall and the other ripped off the paint and primer!!! This is the first time I’ve ever used them and I will NEVER use them again!

I really wish i could give 0 stars because these are rubbish, bought to put up a small canvas picture for my newly decorated living room, and guess what? They didnt work they fell off within 24hours taking paint with it. Now im trying to repair the damage at 6.30am so my partner doesnt see it.. im so annoyed.. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!!

They claim these are command strips. But there is no command, no quality, no faith to the idea of command. To command something is to have it follow your lead. I wanted my pictures to stick to my wall. Denied! They fell. Reject this terrible brand. They claim to stick, but stick they do not! If you enjoy being fooled, buy their stuff!

We have used these command strips for many years. But the quality this year has crashed. The two sided sticky strips are thinner AND they don’t stick to surfaces as well as they used too. And we wipe the surfaces with surgical spirit before attempting to secure hooks.

VERY POOR QUALITY this year…..STEER CLEAR

I put a very light frame on my wall with these strips and it fell off within 2 hours. I followed the instructions and let the adhesive set for hour. I do not recommend these.

Well this explains a lot ! I have only just come onto the TP site for Command hooks and found a plethora of people feeling exactly as I do.I have emailed the company about the fact they pull the paint off the wall as well as fall off. The ones that stick damage the wall and the pull strip does NOT pull cleanly off, in fact it breaks . I am so sorry that so many people have had the same thing and am disgusted at the company for not doing more to rectify this .Terrible firm, no customer service . I have heard nothing back from my email to the company complaining other than Thanks for signing up! I don't want to sign up and will never buy another product like this form you again

I emailed the company about their product how they weren't sticking and just feel off felt like they were trying to blame me and told me to take it back to the retailer i bought it from i explained i coundn't due to living circumstaces and they just ignore the issue of the product not working

I had 3 plaques on my bathroom wall. I was moving to another house and when I pulled the tab it took the paint off the wall. I contacted 3M and they sent me 2 packs of command strips with a letter. Like I use them again.

These command strips and hooks are useless!
Because our house is new I didn’t want to puncture walls. I have tried all different types and sizes and even up to recently the 9kg command strips! I put 4 of them on my large picture and came back from town and the picture had fallen, damaged the skirting, damaged the walls.
I have had 2 cases of complaints and the Customer service are useless! They keep asking the same questions over and over again to aggravate the customer so that makes it impossible for me to deal with them.
They don’t care
I did everything right as per the instructions
They still refuse to take my complaints seriously
I have spent about €70 on different types of ones and at this stage
I will have to re paint the damaged walls
They don’t even deserve a one star

So wish I'd read these reviews. This product is over priced rubbish.
Trying to fix a very light-weight wire and there is no stick at all.
You will be better with a piece of sellotape

Used to be good, but now they're a total waste of time. All my photos fall off the wall... because the sticky isn't sticky enough!! Never buying again!

DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS AND BE LEFT WITH THE REPAIR BILL!Just like so many others have had command products ruin their walls as I see now, a command broom gripper has destroyed my wall. Wall is nicely painted, stuck the gripper to the wall, put a broom in it. Pulled it out a few times then today pulling it out the whole broom gripper suddenly came away with the broom, leaving me to now foot the bill to repair this. First time I've ever used any of these sticky products as I never trusted them, but finally was convinced at Bunnings to give these a go - and now I'm one of the many that will actively warn others away from these. it's disgusting they sell these and leave so many with repair bills due to their products not working as advertised!

Do not waste your money on any of the command stuff I’ve just spent £15 and it’s not even strong enough to hold up a bloody paper poster certainly wouldn’t be good enough to hold up any form of pictures. Absolute dog crap complete waste of bloody money.
