3M Command, so here I refer to your adhesive strips for putting up pictures, in general a fabulous product and does what is says on the instructions, HOWEVER there are instances where this product doesn’t work as well as expected, maybe this is a manufacturing fault or something to that affect, what I’m trying to say is your product is not affective all the time !!!!! And the business needs to accept this !!! So I’ve been using this strips for many years, I contacted the business due to pictures coming off the wall and been damaged, 3M immediately thought I was at fault, the process I use is to take a damp cloth and wipe the area down, I then wait for the area to dry then apply the strips and then allow a further setting time, I then spoke to a manager at 3M who advised I did it wrong and even after explaining the manager still insisted I did it wrong !! So I would suggest to 3M that your customers understand how your products works so treat us also with a-bit of respect ???

Total utter rubbish. Waste of money. Have put them up as per instructions and every single one has fallen down, the longest one lasted a month. Not only is the cost of these a rip off I've had to replace a number of broken and smashed frames.
How they remain in business must be purely based on new customers... they surely cant have return business

Would give a 0 if I could. I tried these years ago and ruined walls but was hoping they had been improved and tried again. 2 of them fell off within hours and another one today ripping wall off with it. Nothing hanging from this one. Yesterday I'd waited 2 hours before hanging something light. I will never use these again. At least a nail can be filled easily. The hole in my wall today will take texturizing to cover it...size of a silver dollar from a small hanger.

These are awful. I had three in my hallway. All my pictures have fallen off the wall. I assume the glue has dried out. They are absolute rubbish.

Absolutely rubbish, that is one mirror and one framed of a sentimental picec of art smashed. Do not recommend at all, what a waste of money and now mirror and art needs replacing. Avoid at all costs as they do not last despite checking the weights and following all instructions.

Smashed a beautiful frame didn’t even manage to stay on the wall for five seconds! How the hell did it ever manage to be passed and put on shelves to sell to the public!?

First, they are way too complicated.
Second, the instructions are written in the smallest font available - so virtually impossible to see (and my eyesight is pretty good)
Third - first one fell off. Maybe I didn't do it right but man I don't need this extra complexity and stress!
Avoid. They are not cheap either.

On 2 separate pictures the command strips have failed,
One picture was on the wall for 4 months then the adhesive had obviously dried out and the picture smashed on the floor, had to replace frame .
Today another picture fell off the wall due to adhesive drying out after 18 months ...,.another frame now needs replacing ...do not buy this product if want want your art to stay on the wall.

The worst product on the market. Save your money and just drill into the wall, it's the only way. Not quite sure how this company survives selling this crap. If you want your pictures to fall off the wall and break, use Command strip's. I gave them a 1 rating, - 1 was not an option

I purchased hooks to hang garland over an arch way and it damaged my paint and peeled it off in several areas! It had peeled the paint off my son’s dorm walls two years in a row costing me $300 for the repairs. Even with proof of the strips with the paint stuck on and numerous pictures they tried to place the blame on me and not accept responsibility.

the adhesive strips don’t even stick a little bit. i remove the paper to reveal the adhesive part and its almost smooth, no stickniess or anything it doesnt hold even for a second it just isnt sticky... im so disappointed

Terrible product the simplest picture frame just falls of the wall after weeks causing damage , should be withdrawn since does not do as advertised

My wedding photo fell after hanging months ago. Very bad product. Now I am traumatized

I fell into, that I could hang 2lbs, of curtains on metal, with 4 commands, when that didn't work I used 6 commands, to each of my 30 windows, spent well over 100 dollars.
Disappointed at myself believing, that commands would work, ABSOLUTELY NOT

These hooks are absolutely shocking they don’t hold anything up I went to hang something up the other day and the hook just fell off straight away (and yes I followed the instructions) absolute waste of money and damaged my property in the process

Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your money! Even light picture frames eventually fall off, every single picture we’ve ever hung has fallen off usually damaging the skirting board and breaking the frames! The familiar sound of that picture falling off the wall usually in the middle of the night, whatever you do NEVER use these to hang a frame above your bed! The Tv advert is a lie, showing hanging ladders on a hook? Are you kidding me?

Yet another picture just fell and broke. I had replaced all pictures in the house with proper fixed hooks and I missed this one. I'm, so bloody furious at COmmand for the repeated failures off these useless hooks of all types.

What a complete and utter waste of money bought extra sets to be sure and still the frames fell of the wall smashing one and taking a big chunk out of my newly painted wood work....
