Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!
Do not buy from this company as you will never get your product. I emailed them 4 times and tried to call several times but their phone rings busy always.
I had to get Capital One involved to get my money back.
To add insult to energy they tried to lie and say it was delivered but I contacted shipper who said they never delivered it.

I ordered over 800$ worth of tiles with…

I ordered over 800$ worth of tiles with a promise that they arrives within 5-7 business days. They arrived 18 days later and I no longer need them since i had to buy from a different vendor. I have tried to contact them to start the return but they have not acknowledged any of my attempts. I have send over 8 emails and no answer. I feel so desperate since my client won't pay for this overage and I am at a loss. Come on COMMOMY- act more professional. I wish i would of never ordered this. This should no be happening.

Warning, know what you are getting into.

I purchased 3D brick wall tiles from Commomy despite being aware of the many negative reviews. I chose a large panel design and, overall, the shipment arrived in good condition. However, one box had clearly been opened prior to delivery. No tiles were missing, but it appeared to be a return — likely because the printed brick image was misaligned with the stamped pattern.

Fortunately, I had ordered extra material, so I was able to work around the defect without affecting the final layout.

Installation was straightforward. The tiles were easy to cut and apply, and the adhesive backing held well on properly prepared drywall. Once installed, the finished wall looks quite good — especially from a distance.

Pros:
- Relatively inexpensive wall covering
- Easy to cut and install

Cons:
- Poor quality control (defective or returned items should not be reshipped)
- Low product quality
- Misleading product images on Commomy webite
- Customer service is difficult to reach
- Returns are costly (buyer pays return shipping plus restocking fees)

Many reviews on the Commomy website appear questionable

Overall:
I’d say purchasing from Commomy is a bit of a gamble — about a 50/50 experience. While the product worked out for me in the end, I would strongly advise others to understand the risks before ordering.

This company plays games w/your money

This is a terrible company zero customer service, I tried to cancel the order 24 hours after ordering I texted and left email after email and they never replied until 12 hours after my first email stating they already shipped it and I’d have to wait to receive the package and then pay to ship it back and pay a 15% re stocking fee, funny thing is it’s been 6 days since the shipping label was created and fedex says they still havnt received the package from them what a scam company this is stay way!Even though they claim the parcel was picked up unreal this company is terrible

I urged this company to contact me…

I urged this company to contact me because this was the third attempt to return a purchase.
On January 28th, 31st and again today February 2nd, I wrote them to seek the return of two items that I had received.
I also sent two chat messages through their online store, but have yet to hear back from anyone.
There is no phone number to dial in order to speak with someone.
I recently noticed this company already has three negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had known ahead, I would never have ordered from them.
They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but there does not appear to be one.
I file a complaint with the BBB, waiting to hear from them.

Easy to workmwith

The tiles were easy to cut and stick, was an easy project, only took a little over an hour. Looks beter than previously!

Stay away

Stay away! We purchased what we thought was 3D tiles. It was actually wall stickers. That was our mistake. We tried contacting the company for approximately 1 month. You have just a certain amount of time to be able to return your product. When we explained what happened, they never got back to us. We finally had to contact the credit card company to stop the payment and return it to us. The customer service is absolutely horrible! The product is cheap looking, and I highly recommend using a different company.

Scammers - crappy product no refund!

I agree with other reviewers that have found that Commomy is basically a scam. Poor products,impossible returns and ultimately no refunds.
I bought decorative 3D "brick" peel and stick tiles from Commomy. Not only are the "bricks" on the tiles ridiculously small the production quality is so poor the tiles can not be used. I sent an email to arrange to return the product, they gave me the runaround and then they refused delivery when I sent the tiles back for a refund. Long story short, I was out the cost of the tiles PLUS the postage. Extremely frustrating. Ultimately I got half the refund from my Credit Card company. I'm glad I got something back but it should not fall to MC to cover a scammer like Commomy. My advice: shop elsewhere no matter how attractive the products look.

I ordered 4 boxes of wall panels which look absolutely terrible when put on the wall due to the edges. I have emailed 3 times to try to get a return label and no one responds.

My experience with them has been more than excellent. Their customer service is a little hard to reach but when they responded they more than met my expectations. I order from a lot of companies but none have had the excellent customer service I experienced with Commomy

Terrible at returns

Terrible at returns, they skip and dance around the question every time you ask for a return address. Really, how hard is it, Commomy! I've asked 3 times now, what is the return address? I know I probably won't be getting a refund from these crooks. Their refund policy is not honoured. Bad customer service really!

Wanting to return item for over 2 weeks now. No one responds to my numerous emails and the phone number they have fails every time. I've tried both emails they share and no one gets back to me. Product looks very cheap to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a product that was a slightly different color than expected. The brick was more pink than red. When I asked to return it they argued with me saying it was a best seller and they don’t know why I don’t like it. After some back and forth, I asked for a straight return and they charge a 15% restocking fee. There is no customer service. I’m not sure if it’s all AI or they really don’t give a darn. I want everyone to know NOT to buy from them.

WARNING: SCAMMY RETURN POLICY & MISLEADING PRODUCTS – DO NOT BUY

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company operates like a scam operation with a website full of attractive images that completely misrepresent the product you’ll receive. The colors are off, the materials are cheap, and nothing looks like what they advertise. What showed up was plastic-looking junk – nothing like the online pictures.

But the worst part is the return process – or lack thereof. They hide behind a 15% restocking fee, force you to pay all return shipping, and then ignore you or delay you endlessly once you try to return. Their “customer service” (mainly one person named Olivia, who you’ll see mentioned in a dozen other negative reviews) sends canned responses and then goes silent.

I followed every step in their dense, one-sided return policy. I emailed, provided photos, waited patiently – and nothing. Just like other reviewers, I’m now having to file a chargeback with my credit card company because this company refuses to honor basic consumer rights.

What they’re doing here isn’t just bad business — it’s dishonest. Misleading marketing, bait-and-switch tactics, refusal to process returns, and ignoring customers entirely. You’ll lose your money, and you’ll be left angry, stuck with garbage product you can’t even donate.

Read the other reviews – I wish I had. There’s a pattern of deception here, not isolated complaints.

Buyers Beware

Beware! I wish I would have done my homework before I ordered their product. I ordered 5 boxes of “Old Red Rustic Brick”. The pictures on the website looked fantastic with deep red/brown rustic brick with concrete color grout lines. Product arrived and the brick looks reddish pink, no browns or deep brick red colors, and the grout lines are pinkish salmon color. Look up Lady GaGa’s meat dress and that is exactly what these look like. Sent an email to request a refund because the color is absolutely NOT like what is shown online. Got a canned response from Olivia that they would send me another selection free of charge. I replied back that I was not interested in trying another choice and just wanted a refund. Sorry, don’t trust any pictures the sight shows now. I’m going to keep trying to get a refund but I doubt it will be resolved after reading others’ reviews. So disappointing, $155 down the drain I’m afraid.

Stay away! They do not honor their return policy. Had to file a dispute. Finally, they responded, I agreed to the return conditions. Dispute resolved - NO RETURN.

These are Conartists

These are Conartists, I have tried to return product for 3 weeks now, I acknowledged their return policy on front end and approved restocking fee and shipping fee they just keep delaying and trying to find ways not to do it. DO NOT trust these people, I am filing for a charge back at this point.
