CYB is a valuabe resource for making a switch.17

CYB is a very valuabe resource for getting the BEST deal possible for both Gas & Electricity! I have been working with a young Customer Service man since September 2025 - up to now. Ron has integrity & follows up when he says that he will. Thank you Ron. He is also clear, precise & knows this company - he is able to explain every step with clarity so the switch is as seamless as possible. Because of the amazing saving on a family member's business account, I have switched over some 7 services - and all have been simple and on time. Thank you,Ron for your professionalism, clarity, pedantic attitude and for improving the bills for MY gas & electricity plus the others I recommended. You have done an excellent job!
And a big Thank You to the management at CYB for training such skilled Customer Service staff!!
I highly recomment this company to anyone wanting to have the best service possible !

Francis was informative

Francis was informative, well spoken and had a kind nature. He made the transition into a new electricity account very easy which made it a welcomed and enjoyable experience compared to other providers.

Very thorough

Very thorough, very friendly. I Did however find it a challenge to understanding him due to his language (indian I think) I also struggled to speak as he spoke a hundred miles an hour and I couldnt get a word in.

Allan was extremely helpful

Allan was extremely helpful. His communication was very clear . He questioned & confirmed the information provided and our understanding of it. He did not rush us in making a decision . Generally very helpful.
