My solicitor advised I contact Compass to get some advice for a staircasing transaction involving a housing associating. Less than 24 hours from making my initial enquiry via the website to completing the relevant forms Fabian was helpful, efficient and made me feel at ease & what I thought would be a daunting task.

I found some of the question ambiguous and/or not clear
I found some of the questions ambiguous. I’m sure they make sense to a person versed in the law but as a layman I was confused. I explained my particular problems with the follow up phone call.

Compass efficient and helpful
The process was straight forward and efficient. Any queries were followed up quickly by compass with a phone conversation and certification was emailed very promptly. They were very helpful on the phone for anything we did not fully undersrand with the online questionnaire..overall a very positive experience.
