DO NOT ORDER FROM FAISLY!!!!!!!!

Placed a order with Faisly for bath bombs for children.
On their site the description says safe for children and non toxic
I received the box and there were warnings. Not for children. If you get in your eyes, rinse if doesn't clear it up then go as quick as possible to nearest hospital. That is NOT child friendly so I didn't even take the plastic off the box. I had to send pictures. I sent NUMEROUS pictures and they keep saying the plastic has been removed and it's been opened. How many freaking pictures do I have to send. You can clearly see the plastic has never been removed so they won't return it. They're freaking liars.
Maybe get someone who isn't half blind to see the pictures.
I also placed a small order of cloths. The order shipping status hasn't moved in close to a month. I asked them why.
Then get an email saying I canceled it and I didn't!! What the hells wrong with these people. The worst service in my entire life with any company and im 66.

Ordered from Rathwood in November, to be delivered late January. Despite several calls and mails, nothing has arrived. In March I cancelled and requested a refund which was promised on March 23rd and again on April 3rd. However, nothing since. Now I will have to go to litigation.

I went on line and ordered a part from Mopar parts canada, a door weather strip the part was 51 dollars , i put my vin in the system like they ask to verify the part and vehicle you will not get a refund back if the part is wrong without a vin verification, i do that , it comes back and says vehicle confirmation on the vin ,part, and price of 51 dollars for my truck , i was thinking about it and I got an email a couple days later saying if I order the part i will get 10% off shipping, I'm ok all sounds good I ordered the part , two days later I ask for a tracking number i don't see any movement, they write back my parts on hold because it the wrong part, that the part for my truck is 220 dollars that's right folks over 4 times the amount of the price that was confirmed after they took my money, they asked for my card number and cvv , remember my vehicle, part number and price were all confirmed, I was not happy and the parts guy Ryan was extremely rude and sarcastic implying I'm to stupid to understand what he was explaining as to why , I asked to speak to management numerous times and nothing, i said this is the actual definition of the bait and switch scam , after you take my money quadruple the price after it was confirmed or I don't get my part , he said it is not bait and switch at all it was the wrong part , my response was but the vehicle, part number and price were confirmed, this is 100% bait and switch scam and the police need to look into this under the name of Mopar parts canada

I purchased the BuTure V50 vacuum on Amazon (Order #32863). From early on, the vacuum has repeatedly cut out during normal use and does not function properly.

I have emailed BuTure several times and attached proof of purchase and documentation of the issue, but I have received no response.

I am extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer support. At this point, I am requesting a refund or replacement. Buyers should be aware of the risk if customer service is needed.

Failed Tineco

I purchased a Tineco 3 Ifloor ultra in 2024 and it worked well until recently when the suction function stopped working and the machine stopped running after 3 minutes.
When I contacted the Tineco company they seemed more concerned that the machine was under warranty, I told them it wasn't and I was looking for information about the issue or where a service facility in Canada would be.
They were of no help whatsoever, the only service centers are in the USA and they did not offer any recommendations for repair, what might be wrong or if you can get parts.
Sad that all.these apiances that don't last will end up in the garbage.
Support what you sell.

Fraud was committed on my bank card from Ukrainian Credit Union I went to my branch told them about fraud They gave me a new card but still let two frauds go through my accounts emptying my funds when I went in to branch to sign fraud statements the manager at the branch acted like I was lying and trying to scam them I was very upset and told her she was acting like I was lying Will not be dealing with this Ukrainian Credit Union very much anymore I am expecting a settlement soon but will not be dealing with this bank was treated horribly for something that was not my fault

Missing deposit

Jackpot city Casino is extremely slow. It took money over 65 minutes ago from my bank account and it has not yet shown up in their casino. Where is it? There’s no kind of actual customer service, so I’m feeling ripped off. No money credited and no idea where my money is or went but they took it. I have proof of that.

Three weeks ago I rang The Helpdesk…

Three weeks ago I rang The Helpdesk computer call out repairs Maroochydore from their ad on the internet. Their ad stated $85 per hour, no call out fee. After chasing them for two weeks a techinician finally called at our home. Worked on our apple computer for just under one and and a half hours Handed us a bill for $275, I said what happened to the $85 per hour, told me it was an old ad on the internet.

I paid EconomyBookings last year for a…

I paid EconomyBookings last year for a car rental.
Instead of issuing a refund when the service was not provided, the company forced the amount into their internal wallet without my approval.

This year (August 2025), when I tried to use that wallet to pick up a car in Marrakech, the rental partner (Flexways) refused my valid Bank of America credit card due to their machine error, and the vehicle they presented was damaged and without AC.

Because of this, I could not receive the service at all.
EconomyBookings is refusing to refund me and is keeping my money locked in their wallet.

If I could rate Uber 0 stars I would !!!! I’m a pissed customer!!!! Last year I got my pace ada voucher because I have an intellectual disability and for awhile Uber service would fix my rides and say my pace Ada voucher should have indeed applied !!!! Now they are causing me grief and I hate Uber!!! This situation causes me stress anxiety and depression!!!!!! Uber is causing me grief 😡😡😡😥😥😥😥😥😥they robbing a disabled person !!!!

Paypal problems

changed phone number and forgot to change on paypal and the only way you can login is by getting a confirmation number by text .contacted playpal twice in 2 days and they say they cant change number as they have had a problem for a short time how on earth a massive firm like this cant manuslly change my number after the agent confirmed my credentials is beyond me

Never trust Uber with ANY credit card info
Shocking experience! User-unfriendly app as well. After several attempts to arrange a ride with a few pick-ups, which they call 'stops', uber would not confirm the final ride, just kept showing the map. Chatbot demands a so-called refundable payment fee to even talk to a technical bot, then rejected 2 credit cards but still then wanted to take R850 from my one account. I had to rush to block my card to urgently stop the payment and call the other bank too. What a total nightmare and NO ONE to talk to or help at uber. Don't trust them with ANY credit card details. I always pay cash but this was an exception as I needed help to cancel but I got NO help, loads of stress, no ride (I finally managed to cancel it as it was wrong anyway) and 2 hours of time calling banks etc to stop them taking money from me which I did not owe. No customer care at all, a rip-off.

klarna/ gentle design zapato Formal Complaint – Fraudulent Merchant and Klarna’s Failure to Protect Consumers

In June, I made two purchases from a website called Gentle Design / Zapato, which turned out to be a complete scam. The website and its Instagram account have since disappeared. They provided me with a fake tracking number and a false email address. The items — Kurt Geiger products — never arrived.
I purchased Klarna, trusting their reputation as a reliable company that guarantees safe shopping. I filed multiple complaints, providing all the necessary evidence that the merchant no longer exists and that it was clearly a fraudulent operation. All I requested was a refund and cancellation of the transaction.
Klarna repeatedly responded that they would “investigate.” I submitted my proofs twice within the deadline. On the third request, I was in the hospital undergoing surgery and recovery — yet they unfairly claimed that I did not provide the necessary documentation, which is simply untrue.
I find it outrageous and deeply disappointing that Klarna continues to support and defend a fraudulent merchant, refusing to take any responsibility. Their inaction shows a total lack of respect for customers and consumer protection.
Now, unfortunately, I will have to pursue legal action against Klarna for their negligence and failure to safeguard their users from scams.
This statement serves as a formal record of my indignation and my demand for justice.

I want my money back

I tried to make a reservation on booking.com but there was a problem with your system and the reservation wasn't completed. However, the amount of £359.18 was deducted from my account on August 28. I’m going to travel and I need my money back. This is turned a nightmare because my reservation didn’t go through and my money was taken from my bank account. This is a irresponsible situation. How can you get my money and you don’t have the product available anymore and you don’t give the money back? I need to pay my bills. I already called, wrote for booking and they send me everyday the same message. This is a completely disrespectful situation with the costumer.

GetTransfer refund problem

The company GetTransfer doesnt refund me a service wich was canceled by the driver. Im into complaints, emails, Instagram messages over 3 months and they only talk, promisse deposit but nothing. Is the WORST company I never seen. This is my firt complaint in all life, and Im 53y.o. using online services over than 15 years.

Don't use Terabox-Fraudulent Storage Reduction – Paid for 2TB, Got 1TB (No Resolution)

TeraBox unlawfully removed 1TB of storage from my paid Premium account (2TB promised) and has ignored my complaints for weeks.

Key Issues:

Paid $1.99/month (Jan 22, 2024) for 2TB, but storage was cut to 1TB without notice.

Proof provided (screenshots, payment receipts), but only received an automated reply (July 17) claiming the case was "forwarded."

No resolution despite multiple follow-ups (July 11–14).

TeraBox’s Failure:

Breach of contract
Zero customer support
Misleading advertising

Warning to Others: Avoid this service! They arbitrarily reduce storage and ignore paying users. I’m now escalating to consumer protection agencies (FRC/SECO) and disputing the charge with my bank.

Demand: Restore my 2TB immediately!

Bought a membership for my grandson and…

Bought a membership for my grandson and booked a tee time. Showed up and was told I owed them 25 dollars to watch him play. Have played several rounds where I watched and was never told that. Busy season and they're taking advantage of it. It's hard enough to afford the sport. They have no interest in taking care of loyal customers.
