The quality of the shirt fabric and design were both excellent but the sizing of the T shirt was way too small to be considered a genuine 3XL like those I regularly buy in the UK.

The t is lovely. Sadly, the delivery took mad 14 days.

Les produits sont identiques, de bonne qualité. Par contre, il faut savoir que les images ne sont pas imprimées sur le chandail mais que c'est bien une image collée. Petit détail sur la durée de vie et la beauté de celle-ci. Petit manquement lors du suivi du colis, disons que le dernier 24 heures est arrivé lorsque le colis était livré. Mais bon, ce n'est pas très grave.

Keep running out of time

I purchased a couple of t-shirts and didn't love the fit or fabric. I reached out to return them and was told, basically, that they're not returnable because the shipping and customs fees to return them far exceed the cost of the products. I'm stuck with two mediocre quality shirts.

Their website talks about returns and provides no information that suggests they will basically not accept returns. The customer services emails were just a runaround.

I bought 2 t-shirts from these people and the sizing is a bit off from their chart and the shirts are cheaply made. When I tried to return them I got a message from them lying to me about me having to pay a fees beyond postage to return them and basically told me to keep them or "give them to your family"
