We currently rent through complete, we communicate through Shamira and we have had nothing but good things to say! We have rented our property for 2 years now and any issues get sorted straight away! Thank you so much to Shamira for everything!

I have been a tenant of complete prime residential’s for around 6 months now at one of their properties in Liverpool. From the initial correspondence to the ongoing maintence and queries that go along with renting I have found them to be excellent. Shamira Dar has been really helpful and approachable for us for moving in, moving out and then moving in between 2 Complete properties - she’s always on hand to answer any questions or help with any problems we run into!

This review applies to my experience with the Manchester team only, not my second property managed by the London team.

The service I get from Ryan is so smooth and easy that I don't have to think or worry about my property at all - which is exactly what I pay a property manager for. He is responsive, polite, helpful, efficient and quick to resolve any issues. I can trust that my property is in good hands and he holds my best interests as a priority.

I have been with Complete Ltd for 7 years and have generally received very good service during this period for my Manchester properties. I would particularly like to commend Ryan Coucill who has always been very efficient in his dealings with me - certainly the best of the property managers I have dealt with at Complete. I would also like to thank the regional manager, Nicola Smith, for her ongoing help in dealing with a difficult situation which necessitated the eviction of a tenant. Costs at Complete are rather high by industry standards, but the service level is commensurate with these costs.

Have always had good support from the team at Complete, very professional and helpful - I do see the Company itself as more expensive that other providers however and they really need to review their charges.

Fast, responsive and thorough. We've been working with Complete for years and have no reason to consider anyone else as our letting agent. It's as simple as that.

Ryan at Complete is 'top-notch' and 'first class' with his client centric mindset. My experience with Complete is totally down to Ryan for many years now. He is service orientated, down to earth and focuses on getting things done quickly and effectively in the interests of all stakeholders (whether landlords or those renting). Given Ryan, I give complete 5 stars every time!

I've been using Complete for ~10 years and the service and support has always been exceptional - especially from Rebecca who is always available to help!

We have Rebecca as our letting agent in Manchester and she is brilliant. One couldn’t find a more professional, efficient, hard working property manager. Nothing is too much trouble and she deals with all issues arising in the flat or with our tenant very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca to manage your flat for you.

I also had a good experience with Complete in terms of managing the completion of the new-build and handover from the developer (the latter was not so good).

I think the ledgers and reporting from Complete finance dept could be improved and made available sooner after the end of the tax years. Cost is also significant for each tenancy renewal etc, but at least the service is justifying it. My only big issue was the NRL scheme, which took over a year to setup with monthly charges to the landlord from Complete for the returns they had to make in the interim, which have never been reimbursed to me (we discovered the cause was an issue between HMRC/NRL and Complete, in terms of the NRL application being mis-filed, which was not my responsibility, but I have borne the costs). Given the above I rate the Company 4 stars (there's no 4.5 star option).
And the Propoerty Manager 5 stars.

I’ve been using Complete for 7 years and the customer care and service from Ryan, in their Manchester office, has been exemplary. It’s a pleasant change having someone so knowledgeable you can trust in property management.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jodie Warren on a few of our properties they manage and have always received efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend!
