I live in a rented flat and Ryan has been agent from almost last two years. I only have a positive experience with him. Always open to talk, via email or phone, and helping me with issues with the flat or the building very quickly.

One of the worst property agents that we have rented from in our experience. Would not recommend using these property agents.

Took us almost a month to get our deposit back, they tried to charge us for issues in the property that were already present on move in - due to poor due diligence and lack of consistencies between reports.

Viewed the property & one side was covered in scaffolding, property agent confidently said that the balcony side was not going to be covered in scaffolding - clear lie just to get tenants into the flat as one month later there was scaffolding being put up.

This was up on the building for 8 months (pretty much our whole tenancy - it took 2 months to take down & pull down). Horrendous drilling & building noises everyday.

Professional and friendly support from property manager Harry Emsall at Complete. Harry was responsive to emails and provided practical advice when dealing with tenants/ renewals. .

Renting via Complete as a tenant has been a positive experience. Issues raised have been responded to quickly and found the staff in the office very pleasant. No complaints or major issues, would recommend for professional tenants. Our property manager was Kirsty R - Good communications and helped us when we required it.

Ryan Coucill has been managing our flat in Manchester for about 5 years. We are very happy with him, he is on top of everything, very responsive and deals with any issues promptly.

Have been very happy with Melissa's efforts to manage my property over the last few years. After experiencing rubbish support from another agency before, it was quite a relief to finally get someone who is invested in improving 'rental management' vs competing with a sales department (where all the effort goes).

Having seen some unfair 'mob-mentality' posts from social media about Prime Residential, I thought I'd add from my point of view Melissa has been exceptionally professional the whole journey - she ensured that proper compliance checks were carried out and coordinated the necessary repairs. This ended up costing me more, but ensured the house was safe and up to standards.

Melissa has always been quick to respond to any queries and is polite and friendly. I'm happy to recommend her business.
