Darren sorted my problem quickly and well. It was an added pleasure that he came to my home rather than me having to take a trip into town.

Alex did a great job when after I upgraded a new GPU myself, my pc wouldn’t post. He came out twice, diagnosed the problem quickly on his first visit then fitted my new power supply on the second. He was efficient, explained all that he was doing and the pc now works a treat, highly recommended

I had an issue with my laptop battery and DC slot.

David came to pick up the laptop and got it repaired within a week.

David was also prior to any quote remotely checking on the battery health status, model and other issues so a quote can be refined.

Dan in Bristol recovered some data from a broken harddrive for me that contained hours of precious music that I've collected over years. Through no fault of his own the extraction had a couple of hiccups and took a bit longer than planned but Dan communicated this throughout really clearly and went the extra mile to get it done. He dropped the hard drive off Tommy when it was done and offered me some recommendations for how I can look after my data better going forwards. Great local service that I would 100% use again
