Es una estafa. Cargan 0,1€ y luego mandan otro de 49€ sin haber hecho nada. Ni siquiera sé quién les ha permitido cargar eso a mi nombre. El banco no atiende a razones y solo me da como opción anular la tarjeta y cobrarme una nueva.

C’est une anarque pur et simple . Proposition de services dans mon cas commande taxi en province. Vous propose le service , vous devez payer ,0,10c € pour recevoir par la suite un mail vous disons qu’ils n’ont pas trouvé de taxis disponibles.ensuite vous êtes prélevé de 49€ pour un service de conciergerie mensuel pour lequel vous n’avez pas souscrit.

They will sign you up to their email “magazine” and charge you €0.25 a week. Luckily my bank flagged it as spam before they could take more money. Scroll to the bottom of the first magazine and click the unsubscribe button!!!

Same as everyone else... Tried to book a taxi that failed to materialise and now have a transaction for £49 from 3 days ago and 10p from yesterday. UTTER SCAM ARTISTS

Esta empresa es una estafa , me pidieron los datos de mi tarjeta al hacer una reserva y han hecho dos cargos de 69 y 69,95 eur . He tenido que anular la tarjeta y espero que me devuelvan el dinero que me han robado.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I never intended to sign up for a subscription—I was simply trying to book a taxi online, but the website was misleading and I ended up being subscribed without realising it.

What made the experience even worse was that I contacted customer service, was told my subscription had been cancelled, yet they still took another payment from my account over a week later.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase refunds or worry about unauthorised charges after being assured a subscription has been cancelled. I have now requested a full refund and, if this isn't resolved promptly, I will dispute the charge with my bank and report the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the way I have been treated.

I was fraudulently charged for a “magazine subscription” that I never requested or authorised and the company has so far refused to refund the unauthorised payments.I never received a single magazine from Concimax(presumably as I never subscribed to this service!).

This company should be avoided as they just steal your money. They typically steal £69 often lined to booked a taxi abroad.
I have instructed lawyers but I don't expect I will see the money again but I will try.

If there were an option to give less than one star, I would.
I only came across Concimax while attempting to book a restaurant, which I later cancelled. I never knowingly agreed or gave my consent to a paid subscription, never used any of their services, and never received any benefit.

I was shocked to discover recurring charges of £69, as well as £0.10 every three days for a magazine subscription I never requested or received.

When I challenged the charges, I was not eligible to a refund . However, when I asked for evidence that I had authorised the subscription and recurring payments, customer service confirmed they were unable to provide it.

I even had to create login details for an account I didn't know existed just to cancel the subscriptions.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advice others to exercise extreme caution, carefully review any payment terms, and monitor their bank statements if they have had any interaction with this company. I am formally disputing these charges through the appropriate channels.

The same experience as everyone else. Do NOT use this service. They failed to get me a cab, failed to email me to warn me about the £69 charge, failed to let me know I was on a trial. Don't go near them and spread the word

Esta empresa es claramente una estafa. Me encontraba en Italia y necesitaba un taxi. Encontré su página y pagué 0,10 € por el servicio de búsqueda de conductores. Curiosamente, no había ningún conductor disponible. Al cabo de unos día me encontré con un cargo de 69€ en mi cuenta por una supuesta suscripción que no pedí ni he utilizado. No utilizar sus servicios.

Like all the other reviews. I tried to book a taxi in Spain. They offered to book me a taxi. They couldn't locate one for me, but then took £69 from my account which they refuse to refund!
