I tried to book a taxi in Italy- I was told it was not available. They then charged me £69. Absolute rip off

I have never subscribed but was charged £49 that I contested through my bank. DO NOT BUY

Absolute scam artists. Currently trying to get my ‘subscription’ fee back for a taxi I booked whilst on holiday which never arrived. Today I got charged £69 with no notification. They won’t resend the supposed emails I got saying about the subscription and fee and now I have told them I am reporting them for fraud they have cancelled the subscription they signed me up for and deleted my account, again without my say so!!!

Was charged £69 for attempting to use the app to find a taxi, which they couldn’t provide. I have no recollection of being asked about membership or subscription; I just activated Apple Pay so I could pay for the taxi. Research this company very, very carefully, and not when you are stressed and desperately trying to get home to your kids!

Just been "done" by these guys whilst on holiday in Italy. No idea what they do or how I signed up. Cost me £69!

I came across Concimax when I bought tickets for Driffield Show. I suddenly began to be inundated with emails advertising their services not realising they had accessed my credit card without my permission and taken two small payments of one pence and then ten pence. Two days later they took £69-00 for a membership I hadn’t asked for or signed up for. The emails kept coming so I replied to them and said I wanted to unsubscribe to their service. It was then I noticed they had taken £69-00 as a membership payment. I immediately objected to this and demanded a refund. At first they said I had singed up for a membership and a refund couldn’t be given. I then had to threaten them with a bank report and investigation and also a report to Action Fraud. I got the £69-00 refund after this but not the small payments. I then had to ask that for data protection, that they deleted all my bank details to avoid future payments being taken. I got an email that this would be done.
How they get your details in the first place is a mystery but Im convinced they piggybacked my application for show tickets without me realising. Beware of this company it’s a scam to get a worthless subscription surreptitiously!!!!

These guys are fraudsters. They will charge your card for no reason and claim a subscription fee that you never signed up for. You will need to claim it back from a credit card company. Never use this app

These are cowboys. Avoid at all costs. Still trying to take money from my card although they have provided no services at all. Contact the sole director of Rolling Bay Limited the company that runs the service Mrs Dawn Rosemary Wootten.

This is a complete scam. Like others I just stumbled across this trying to book a taxi. No mention at any point of any charges, I've been charged £49 for not even utilising any services. Cannot get a customer service number, AI generated responses which are meaningless.

Tried to order a taxi, none available. They still took £69 from my account.

Do not get involved with these robbers in any way. I booked a table at a restaurant through them as it appeared to be the only option. I then found that I had a subscription that I didn’t ask for and was then charged £49 for the privilege. When I contacted them I was told that as I hadn’t cancelled something that I didn’t know I had I was charged!!! Currently they are refusing to repay the stolen money. Complete fraud

Scam!!! Do not use this service, they sign you up for a useless 69 euro subscription without your consent. Luckily my bank blocked it

Vi è senza ombra di dubbio un mancato chiarimento delle norme tariffarie, oggi mi è stato addebitato l'abbonamento mensile di 70 euro e ovviamente verrà denunciato se non rimborsato.

Scammers. They make no mention of signing you up to a “subscription” and just try and take money out of the account (luckily my bank alerted me asap). Appalling.

Don't use these clowns. Signed up to their app whilst in Italy to book a taxi, and now continue to get a weekly charge on my credit card. They claim this is for a trial period. Scammers!
