Poor customer service
Sadly, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
The confetti I received was poorly described in my opinion. It was advertised as “pearl”, but when it arrived it was a yellow colour and not what I expected from the description.
I attempted to return the item, but was informed that there would be a 25% restocking fee. Considering the cost of postage, returning it would barely have been worthwhile. I was also disappointed by the company’s returns process, particularly as I found their returns/refunds policies to appear contradictory regarding eligibility for returns.
The company states that paper confetti is “perishable” to exclude returns, which feels questionable given that it is paper - if it is considered so quick to perish, that raises concerns in itself.
On a positive note, the real petal confetti I purchased was lovely. However, due to the inaccurate description, the returns experience, and the poor customer service, I would unfortunately never use this company again.
