Conscious Confetti Opiniões 

I purchased petal confetti and some little paper bags to put the confetti in for my wedding.
I was super excited when the package arrived then immediately deflated once I opened the package. Confetti beautiful but the wrong bags were sent.
Instead I received fabric drawstring bags that I do not want.
I have emailed this company both via the website and their Instagram page and no response. I have now gone through Klarna to hopefully get a refund.
Ideally I would just like what I purchased sent to me.
This is such a shame as I would have gladly recommended this company. They were quick to send my parcel, but now there’s an issue I’ve had no response. My wedding is soon and I just want to feel I have everything ready.

Absolutely brilliant company. The site is easy to understand and there are such a variety of confetti with paper confetti and petals. I ordered quite a lot, 77 handfuls of paper confetti and also ordered petals for my daughter to sprinkle down the asile. I chose to delay the delivery which was brilliant and was kept up to date with delivery. The confetti looked beautiful in my wedding photos, really pleased from start to finish

I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order and as the wedding was imminent I contacted the company and they had no definitive answer for my delivery except giving me possibly 2 days it might be delivered. They then sent a Royal Mail link which didn’t work on my app and eventually I got a screenshot for the delivery time. We delayed setting off and it still didn’t arrive (here when we got back home). Further email had been met with no reply. I will not recommend this company to anyone as if you are given a wedding date you go out of your way to deliver in good time. AVOID!!!! It says it all that it takes 3 months to reply to a bad review! You had the wedding date and you should have contacted me rather than thinking arriving on the day is fine using the maximum days to allow for despatch? Why not offer express postage if you thought it might not arrive in time. I bought extra from another company who got it to me next day. For information I donated your product to someone having a wedding the following weekend rather than paying to return it.
