I absolutely love my ConnecTen internet! I am a full-time van lifer YouTube content creator and I believe this is a must-have. I keep it inside my vehicle at all times and don't have to put it out on the ground. That means if I need to get up and go I just leave. If I need to use internet I can use it at any time. It uses hardly any power off of my solar so I absolutely love that part. It is small and convenient and absolutely needed if you use internet on the road.

Always great service and fast response. Any of the staff is quick to help and very knowledgable - Jasper, Rochelle and yes, Tyler - all experts that care about the customer and the service provided to us.

Whenever I have a problem, which is very rare, ConnectTen is there to make adjustments. A simple email, and I receive prompt, responsive, and courteous service.

I've never had a company call me so many times throughout the year to check if everything is going well and fill me in on all the things I might have missed out on because I'm so busy on a daily basis so I just wanted to take a minute and thank connect 10

We have been very happy with Connecten and have used them for the past 2 years of traveling full time. I sometimes need to contact them to "reboot" our router when we travel to a new campground, but I have contacted them through the chat feature on the website and have always gotten a quick response and a cheerful consultant to assist me. Jasper assisted today and he was awesome!
On our last stop we were told that the campground had absolutly NO internet, so on our first night we tried and tried but could not connect at all. I chatted with Areeba the next day and she confirmed that we were in an area where internet was pretty much non-existant. Well, whatever she did worked because we had decent internet from that day for our total stay! I always promote Connecten when someone on Facebook is looking for a service other than Starlink. We are happy campers! Thanks Connecten!

In this day and age, it is indeed refreshing to do business with a company that is so responsive to customer needs and inquiries. Tyler and Angel are the very best in customer service. Connecten Internet has no problem with customer suspension of services for the months whenever you aren't using your RV. I seriously doubt that you will find this elsewhere. I highly recommend them.

Done a live chat with Angel. Service was running slow. We had consumed all of our plan data. Angel was able to upgrade us to the next plan in minutes and had up surfing the net again.

I was having poor network speed with the network my router was set to but Tracy was quick to answer my chat and got it switched to a different network. Now it's lighting fast!

I’ll start with this first. According to my experience over a 2 month period, this service has been spotty, unreliable and extremely frustrating. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been back home in my driveway in my RV and Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T all have very good signals here. Yet Connected can’t seem to stay connected. It works for a couple hours then it doesn’t. I call customer service, an hour later it works and then the next day it’s the same thing again. Completely unreliable for someone that uses internet for work. I spent more time on the phone with Connecten than actually being connected to the internet. Keep in mind that I have their highest tier service at $120/month and spent over $400 to get the service and their router.
Last night, the service was out again (as it usually was around 6-7pm) and after speaking with someone at Connecten I was told that there is some major issue that they are trying to resolve. I let it go until the morning, thinking they will solve the problem by then. Nope, it is still not working. After calling Connecten and speaking to „Jasper”, he wasn’t thrilled with my frustration and simply hung up on me. Great customer service Jasper!
Please stay away from this company, it is great when it works but much of the time it doesn’t’t and you’ll spend a lot of time being frustrated and calling the company. Now I’m convinced that most, if not all of those glowing 5 star reviews for them were paid sponsorships. Read the negative reviews and you’ll see that they all have the same issues. This company is a disaster.

We have used Connecten for years on the road in our RV, its always been a great service and their Chat Reps are amazing especially Angel!

Jasper was a great help. He rebooted our modem, and we were up and running in a half hour.

I love Connecten! I have been using it for almost 1 year and travel full time. When I get to a new area,I call the service number and their helpful agent scans my router for the best service. No hassle! I have spoken to Angel several times, she is knowledgeable and polite! Thanks for all your help!

I live in my RV and needed reliable internet. ConnecTen has been everything I need. Fast internet for streaming and downloading. Ability to change carriers was a game changer.

ConnecTen and Tyler are so easy to work with. We have had our service now for a year and having the various cell data services available is huge. When I talk to Tyler about anything we need it's like dealing with your family..in a GOOD way!

Tyler is exceptionally knowledgeable & helpful with new information & additions to our account. Very pleased with both ends of our service.

ConnecTen is the best! They are available 24/7 and I have never had a bad experience! I have had great interactions with Angel, Mysti and Jasper! Everyone has been so friendly, responsive and quick to resolve the issue. 10/10 from me
