As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Streamer is quite good
Streamer is quite good, but when it is on I can not hear if someone wants to speak to me. I have to go accross to the tv and turn it off then on again. I would give it 5 stars if it had a remote on and off.

Depending on how your hearing aids have been set up, you should be able to use the Phonak App as a remote volume control and another way would be to use your TV remote to pause the TV (including the volume) rather than having to go across to the TV.

Connect Clip and Bluetooth Link
Very pleased with the Oticon Connect Bluetooth Link
and microphone. Hardest part was remembering which colour flashing lights were which for mobile and hearing aids and mic. but got it now. Also previously brought TV sound direct to hearing aid is also 5* useful.

We try to keep the price as modest as we can, but there is only one manufacturer of Ear Gear, they are based in Lake Country (Winfield), British Columbia, Canada.
Consequently, the products all have to be imported into the UK from Canada before we sell them, the cost of this contributes to the £14.22 selling price (ex VAT).
