As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

No telephone requirement for deliveries!!!
Had to make an emergency spare part order for my hearing aids, and they supplied the correct part quickly and efficiently. A huge bonus was that their delivery instructions actually supports people without a phone, so they'll definitely be getting my business in future!

Order went through but as it was a small item it was delivered on the following Monday as Royal mail don't deliver over weekends also couldn't track it needed a password.

I recently purchased Oticon SmartCharger 1.0 for Oticon miniRITE-R Intent Hearing Aids from Connevans. I was a little unsure as the price differential was significant however the product arrived and is absolutely what I was expecting. A great service.

We purchased ‘Sonic shaker travel alarm…
We purchased ‘Sonic shaker travel alarm clock’ on recommendation from our consultant.
It was bought for my daughter as she can no longer hear me without wearing her hearing aids.
Waking her up has been tricky for her but now thanks to her new alarm clock it’s been a much more positive experience with being woken up.
We used an express delivery as it was needed quickly for my daughter to take on a camping trip with her Duke of Edinburgh team.
It arrived quick & nicely packaged!
It was a great addition to her backpack!
We would definitely recommend this product.
