As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Having recently started using my opticom hearing aids I needed spare parts. luckily I found this company, the website is so easy to navigate and I soon found what I needed. Delivery was very fast, will definitely be my fist port of call next time I need to stock up.

Great service from Ric , bought a tv connector when delivered it had the wrong USB cable in, spoke to Ric who was great said sorry no fish just replace with another.Deliver was free and came in 2days . Recommend this company.

Such super friendly people, who are available by email and answer the phone too, which is such a treat in today's world. Absolutely fantastic customer service team, who replied quickly to queries and gave informed and expert advice and pushed the order through for early pick-up. Plus the possibility to pick up from the depot, which was extremely helpful.

Bought a remote controll for my hearing…
Bought a remote controll for my hearing aids which works very well.
I no longer have to fiddle behind my ears ( not a good look)😏 to adjust volume or change the settings. Bit expensive but worth it. Had previous bought a Bluetooth TV device which sends TV straight to my aids. Fantastic. Can hear if volume on TV is set to zero.
Only thing is can either hear telly or, have a conversation with family. Not both.

I have not used phone yet but the service at Connevans from the lady we spoke to was excellent and delivery by the postman was quick and he waited for us to answer bell, not like many delivery companies who ring the bell and run.
