With previous personnel we came in and met with rep to go over the best option.
Since Connie health it’s basically been just rolled over.

Fahad Yousuf was Exceptional!
After several calls to Connie Health, I was finally connected to Fahad Yousuf. He was thorough, clear, and helped me make an informed decision. He even went so far as to contact a certain provider we wanted to validate that they would be covered. He spent well over an hour with me, and was exeptional.

Excellent Service
My elderly parents had moved to an assisted living location, and shortly before they had, my mother had canceled her insurance coverage by mistake. Unfortunately, she could not reinstate it, but Lindsey was able to not only explain the situation and help me to understand the intricacies of Medicare, but he was also able to get both my parents an excellent advantage plan, while also answering all my questions and clarifying anything we didn’t understand. His service was exemplary, and I feel so blessed to have been able to work with him to resolve my parents’ Medicare issues.

Lindsey Klun was SO knowledgeable and…
Lindsey Klun was SO knowledgeable and helpful setting my mum up with a new Medicare plan after moving to California from Oregon. He communicated well, was available earlier than expected, spoke clearly and succinctly and touched base frequently while looking through the multitude of plans available. He continued with good communication as we navigated the matrix that is health care and found the best plan for my mum's needs. It was a pleasure to work with him and I believe he will do very well in the industry.

My experience was very good. The agent was more than helpful. Very easy to understand and she was showing empathy to my situation. Which is greatly needed in these situations. I appreciated the charm and understanding she had for me and my circumstances.
