Delivery was on time. Friendly staff (and strong!). Highly recommended.

The communication was very good, regular text messages as to what stage we were at for our shipping container. The guys that did the delivery were polite and placed the furniture where it was needed. They had a big task with a super king size mattress in a small space, but did amazing. Would highly recommended Conroy Removals and would not hesitate to use them again.

Straight forward delivery of some OS household goods. Flexible enough to change the delivery date. Showed up on time. 2 polite employees. Prior communication all good.

Essentially they were fine but I have only given them 3 stars for two main reasons. When my crate arrived from Europe they contacted me saying what day they would deliver, when I emailed back to ask it we could please negotiate a day (this I needed to do because of work related reasons on a weekday) they never even responded to my email. Second my crate was filled with delicate contents, photographic negatives, which were packed in a specific way in a 'ride flat crate'. I clearly communicated the contents with Conroy with detailed documents, also the crate was clearly marked with spray painted arrows indicating the direction of travel that the crate should be in and also the crate had feet on the base for the use of a pallet jack or forklift, which also indicates the orientation of travel. But when the truck arrived the crate had been transported on its side from the warehouse. Having worked in logistics for international galleries, following the correct orientation when shipping crates seems like the first step in ensuring the safe shipping of the contents. So to me this seems like a pretty basic part of the job to get right. Otherwise they were fine.

Conroy was the Oz partner for the firm we engaged in the UK. They picked up comms seamlessly and always responded to my emails. As soon as our gear was cleared (which they handled) it came to us in our new place. The guys were polite and hard working and bumped our stuff in no time. Now for the unboxing...

We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Conroy for the Australian part of our international move. Their team handled everything smoothly — from customs clearance to delivery, unpacking, and placement of our furniture at home.

All our shipments could be easily tracked in their system, and communication with the team was always prompt and efficient. The movers were professional and careful, unwrapping and installing each piece of furniture with great attention, and ensuring everything was placed exactly where we wanted. There was no damage at all, and they even took all the packaging materials away afterwards.

We’re truly grateful to have Conroyremovals - Brisbane help in successfully completing our moving plan. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience, the guys that came were so lovely. They even helped me carry to heavy items downstairs that I needed to take to the tip.

Editing my review as I realised that much of my complaint is with the UK section of our shipping experience (Pickfords) and not with Conroy. Hidden costs once the items had been shipped (to Australia) so the price isn't the price despite being told it was but I feel that was probably the fault of Pickfords.
The Australian leg had good communication.

I am extremely pleased with the service we received; Mount Maunganui, NZ to Leppington, Sydney, AU.
Every step of the journey we were kept informed. Everyone involved was lovely. We had awesome packers and a wonderful team who delivered and emptied our container.

Good communications at all stages for Trans-Tasman move. Very efficient with moving and very well packaged.

The team were very responsive with any queries I had about timing and delivery, and were also flexible with delivery date given I lived away from the final delivery point. The onsite team were cheerful and helpful. They arrived on time and worked efficiently while also taking care when moving things into the house to avoid any damage to walls or floors.

We moved into a rental while our new home was being built and I hired a truck and had 6 people helping me and it took two days to do the bulk of moving and another week for my wife and I to do all the small stuff, Fast Forward 12 months and our new home is finished and we arranged for Conroys to do the move for us and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and organisation these guys displayed, they arrived at the time they said they would 9.00am and by the time I got home from work at 3.00pm these 3 guys were putting the beds back together and almost ready to leave, throughout my life I have had more moves than a checkers board and this one was by far the easiest, thanks Conroys

From my first phone call to start the process of moving our personal effects from NZ to our place in Elbow Valley Warwick we had nothing but professional and efficient service in every area I had to deal with.
It was a total mystery to me how to get our gear moved and right from talking with the various consultants via email and getting help in filling and submitting the Customs Form and Quarantine requirements it made it so much easier and less stressful.
We were kept informed of the movements of the gear at all times and were made to feel like a valued customer.
The delivery by Isaac and Hubert last week was very professional and they took care with the packages.
