Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will not let me return my items because they didn’t fit. Told me to donate them and offered $7 refund on a $70 purchase. I sent them all the documents they asked for and nothing. Never again will I order from a fb ad. This site is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

I saw the ad on my instagram feed and ordered because the website said “Made in the USA” and “100% money back guarantee” (ORDER #35158S101526). They lied! The items did not ship from the U.S. and when they arrived, they were not as they claimed on the website. The fabric is itchy and the sizing is off. When I emailed customer service to return the items, I was told it would cost so much to ship back and they told me to keep the items and offered me $23 back (I paid a total of $96.54). Then they removed the “Made in the USA” language and removed the “100%” from money back guarantee from their website! What am I going to do with itchy tight clothes that I’ll never wear? That was money wasted down the drain. Save your money. Don’t buy from this website.

Bought an outfit. When it arrived it didn't fit. They would not honor their return policy. They offered me $4 and then $6 for an item that cosr $47. I offered to exchange it but they said it was too expensive to ship back. Do not expect to be able to exchange or return even though they state that they do.

Got this quirky item recently. Design is kind of funky, but it stands out in a fun way. For the price paid, its quality is decent—not mind-blowing but does the job. Packaging was simple yet secure. An interesting addition, though not exactly a must-have for everyone.

I purchased this outfit for travel. I went on my travels, came back and I am still waiting for my item!!!! When you reach out to their customer service they never reply!!!!! Only buy this item if you are willing to wait 2 to 3 months for its arrival!!!

Item received looks nothing like ordered. Poor quality, measurements not what listed on their website.
This is not Made in the US, like their website says, but rather in China. They will only give you a China address for return which would cost ore than the $44 item.

I purchased a travel outfit for $47 - Med Petite. It arrived and the pants are fairly big and LONG but if I rolled them up they are ok, however, the top is soooooo narrow that it barely comes over my hips. How can the two items in the same size be so unproportionate? Terrible customer service - offered me to return overseas at my own cost even though it shipped from Illinois, or offered me a $4 credit - the credit will not make it fit!!! In the USA our companies stand behind their products.

Somehow an order was placed through me (through Klarna not even my credit card). As soon as I saw the transaction pop up I notified the company I didn't know what it was and whatever they had in their system to cancel it. I received multiple emails back telling me to just wait for shipment and try it and I told them no that I would simply send something back if it indeed arrived. I proceeded to send it so, when it arrived I told them I was sending it back. After back and forth they offered a $3 refund for something that they charged $30. I don't even know what is in the package because I have not opened it. This place needs to be shut down after seeing everyone's reviews

Received the travel outfit that they advertise. This product is made from cheap fabric that leaves my skin itchy and irritated. The quality of stitching and design are subpar and poorly manufactured! The company wants the item returned to China, even though it was mailed from here in the US and that I have to pay for postage. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Unable to return items. The support email just bounces as a mailer demon. The website days 90 days but the website says 30 days. Don't waste your time or money!

It was totally my fault for not reading reviews before I purchased two items that came in too small. When inquiring how to return them they promptly told me that they did not send me the wrong item that they will not return them or exchange them that even in doing thinking about it the cost of the shipping back to them that is not in the United States is going to cost me more so they offered me $13 out of an $80 bill for my trouble

The website says that they are a US company. However, the product took forever to arrive and when it did, I was shocked to realize that it was so badly proportioned that I could never alter it to fit.
I tried to invoke their claim of 100% satisfaction and free returns, but to no avail.
In addition, I was quoted a price in $CDN and my credit card was charged in HongKong $, so the purchase was much more expensive the I bargained for.

I ordered 2 sweatsuits from link I saw on Facebook. The order took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. I ordered a petite size small and received a very large regular size small. There was no return label so I emailed company.
I was told to scan bar code on packing and send them pictures. Their reply was they had delivered what I ordered and would not offer return option.

They asked would I consider "transferring product to another individual"! I refused that and then they offered me a $7 USD refund (I paid $71.67) I refused that then they countered with a $12 USD refund. I again refused and this morning they are offering me $20 and to keep the product.

The material of the product is very cheap and poor quality.

Terrible! Don’t buy anything from them. I waited a month and the sweat suits are cheap, horrible material.
I tried contacting them and there was no response. Now, I want to return the order and I don’t know where to send it back.it’s a scam!

Bought the travel Pjamas. Not impressed. Very see through in apricot. Not worh the 60$. Got better at shein and Temu for a lot less. Waiting to see if they will refund it. If not, looks like I’m going to make a credit card dispute for the item as they state 100% guarantee

Cheap material. Terrible construction. See through. Different colors from online. Total waste of money. I ordered two travel suits and paid about $70. I know I will never see that money and will not wear these sets. They are so unflattering and are not soft. That’s what I get for ordering from FB which I never do. I’m not sure why I fell for it.

Do your due diligence and read reviews of this company on the internet. It is a scam. I wish I would have done this before I made a purchase. This is my experience and when you read reviews, it’s a very common occurrence. I will tell you what I am going through with this company. I ordered 2XL Petite. I am 5”1” and it is way too long. The shirt is too small. The day that I received it, I sent an email asking to return it for credit. They said I would have to return it to China and that it would be very expensive so they suggested that I keep it and offered me a $4.00 credit. I responded letting them know, that I could not wear the set and wanted to return it for a full credit. They then offered me a $7.00 credit. Finally on the 7th email asking them to send me the return address and a full credit, their final “offer” was a $10.00 credit and I would have to pay to ship it back to China. This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Also, the set is not soft like it looks like. It is a polyester material. This is my truth. I am currently still dealing with them through email. It may not be anyone else’s experience or opinion but it is my experience with this company which in my opinion is a scam. I told them in my last email that I would be posting my experience on their social media sites in hopes of saving someone else the headache and loss of $37.99 or more.
