Always an easy peasy transaction! Good customer experience! Luv that they donate to causes also!

Came on time, delivered Canada Post in secure location and just as ordered. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience with Contacts For Less. I placed my order on September 23, and it still hasn’t shipped. Despite being patient, I continue to receive generic responses about processing times and production delays, with no clear shipping date or actual progress.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I ordered the same type of product from a competitor and received my order within four days. Waiting weeks with no shipment is simply unacceptable.

Customer service should be about providing clear answers and keeping customers informed, not just sending apologies and asking for more patience. If you cannot fulfill orders in a reasonable timeframe, customers deserve to know upfront.

I expected much better service and would seriously think twice before ordering from this company again. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I waited over a month for my contacts. It was unacceptable and I was not offered a discount or any compensation. Ridiculous customer service support

they always have the best deals and deliver so quickly

I ordered 90 contacts on September 7th 2026 and did not receive them until Oct 1st in Ontario. All I got was a “we sincerely apologize”… but I needed them for a trip I’ve been waiting for all year… hiking in the scenic mountains of British Columbia. Needless to say- I could’ve had the best views, but because of them I didn’t and I would not recommend!! $100+ for them too. No money back offered or anything. Try another company - they all end up being relatively the same in cost.

This is my second review for this company, and normally I don’t even write a first one.

There are many things about this company I like, their shipping is fast, they have never messed up an order, their pricing is incredibly competitive, their customer service goes above and beyond, their product is exceptional, and they’re Canadian!
I genuinely don’t think you could find a better place to shop.
If you’re hesitant to buy online, this is the company to choose for your first experience.
You won’t shop anywhere else!

Good service

Good price, shipped out in good time, considering sale, and arrived in time too.

Price is good and delivery was right on time.

Helpful when I had a question about my order.
Great pricing.

Ordering was seamless and contacts arrived so quickly!! Price was great too. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have been ordering contacts from here for a few years now, ordering is easy and shipping is quite quick considering I am in southern Ontario and they are in B.C.

Simple, arrives fast, good prices. Will use again!

Best place to order contacts in this economy. Affordable and always reliable. Keep up the great work.
