Took 3 weeks to receive order. Never again!
Ordered contacts on the 7th of September and did not receive them until the 28th of September. Contacted customer service and they blamed the distributor and took no responsibilty. If the product is not available, it should not be listed on their website. Disappointing experience. Will purchase from Clearly next time. At least I know I'll receive my contacts within a week.

Terrible shipping
Good prices. Website is slow and glitchy. Shipping is inconsistent and super slow. Not really acceptable this day and age. Order has been lost on several occasions and always takes weeks to arrive.

Please review our company. You have reviews the contact lens product but this is not a site for product reviews. Please consider providing an actual review of our company. Thank you and have a nice day.
Significant delays. Do not order from here if you need your contacts in a hurry.
Significant delays that they do not warn you about prior to ordering. My contacts were delivered 3 whole weeks after placing my order, which is much longer than their order processing email advises. Very frustrating and will not purchase from here again.

Horrible
Wow. Horrible. I would genuinely say this is one of the worst eye care companies I’ve ordered from. Keep in mind my order was $200 and I paid for expedited shipping. I ordered it around 10 days before a trip. Considering most competitors ship within days, I believed this company would be the same. Nope. 10 days later my trip started and I didn’t have contacts for it…by the time I got back. STILL NOT SHIPPED. I gave it two days before asking for a refund. 2 weeks had gone by. No shipment.
