We never want anyone to feel left in the dark on shipping updates, confused about what’s included in an order (like highlighting/tabbing), or stuck using content that doesn’t match current information. We also take feedback about communication and expectations around offerings seriously.

Regarding shipping: in some cases, due to our suppliers, certain books may be on backorder. When that happens, we notify customers by email, and we ship out all available books right away so you can begin studying. Any backordered items are then sent as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

If you’re open to it, we’d like to look into your specific orders and course enrollments so we can better understand what happened and see what options may be available to help. Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that we were in touch with you by both email and phone, and we’re sorry this experience was frustrating. We made several attempts to help and provide clarity around the ROC portion of the prep materials, and we understand you previously purchased the program and were trying to confirm what had changed and which materials were still relevant. We also recognize that the support you received didn’t meet your expectations within the timeframe you needed. We offered to get you into our Office Hours session so you could speak directly with an instructor, but we understand that waiting a week for the next available session wasn’t a workable timeline for you. Additionally, we sent an email on April 3rd addressing the specific items you raised regarding the Blueprints and Carpentry Building book content. I’m going to resend the email that outlines the Virginia ROC exam topics exactly as they’re listed on our website, along with the link to join the Office Hours session so you can speak directly to our instructor. Thank you for your feedback. After checking on our end, it appears you were logging in with a different email address than the one associated with your course enrollment. When you sign in with an alternate email, the system treats it as a separate account, which can make your courses and progress appear missing. Please log in using the email tied to your enrollment, and your course and progress should display correctly.
We also reviewed the course on our side and did not see any system-wide issues or errors indicating the course was freezing. I’m sorry you ran into issues at the survey step. I understand how frustrating that would feel after spending 3 hours and paying for the course. We checked on our end, and we’re not seeing anything that indicates the course locked up on our side. We can also see that you did complete the course, and your certificate of completion is showing in your account. You can log back into your portal to access your certificate of completion.
