I was having trouble finding my course…
I was having trouble finding my course on my dashboard after registering. It was after hours so I had to leave a message.
Theresa a student advisor reached out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. She then sent me her contact info and asked that I let her know when I finish the course. Upon completion she would make sure my hours were sent to the state. She has gone beyond what I expected and I am grateful for her assistance.

Price and product are the best market value!
Price and product are a great value. The information was detailed and thoroughly presented. More options on material covered would be nice. Focused presentations throughout that match the PowerPoint information versus extraneous comments would be helpful and less confusing. All around the best option compared to other vendors!

Blurry Xerox Copy — Not Suitable for Exam Prep
I was very disappointed with the Paint Contractors Manual I received. The copy appears to be nothing more than a Xerox reproduction, and many of the pages are blurry and difficult to read. Because of the poor print quality, I was not able to use it effectively for my exam preparation.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there are no refunds, so buyers are stuck with a product that may not meet expectations. Anyone ordering required PTC exam books should definitely take this into account before purchasing.

To clarify, we purchase this manual directly from the publisher and ship it as received; we do not reproduce, photocopy, or self-print any of these books. The print style and formatting you described is how this publisher produces that specific manual.

Please note that carrier “business days” do not include weekends or holidays. Once the package is in UPS’s possession, any reschedules or transit delays are determined by UPS, not us. According to the current tracking updates, your shipment is still on track to arrive within the 3‑business‑day window (excluding the weekend). Because of that, the first few minutes can seem like nothing is happening while the instructor is waiting for students to log in, so there may be a short stretch of “dead air” at the beginning.
