The narrator did not cover all aspects of the training scenarios. The math shown in the bidding portion was not correct. Overall, it was average and had value.

Miscommunication successfully adverted.
Originally the time for the live class was changed with only 15 minutes notice. While on the phone with customer service, they originally provided a note that they would not be able to assist me I had to attend the new class. Asking for a refund seemed to be an act of god...
But they had Spencer Clifford jump in and give the class last minute and he alone made the class well worth the original trouble I went through... So poor take-off but pretty good landing... I highly recommend you request Spencer Clifford as your instructor.

We've looked into it, and the confusion came from a discrepancy between the email notification and the Zoom link — something our team wasn't aware of at the time. To make it right, we held both the original 11:00 class and the rescheduled 4:00 class so no one would miss out.

About 50% of the questions on the test…
About 50% of the questions on the test was absolutely not in the online study questions and practice tests. There were a few that weren't even in the books. I failed by one question because I really didn't try on the last 5 or 6 questions because I was sure I had already failed it. I was demoralized by the aforementioned reason.

I’m sorry to hear how frustrating that experience was, especially missing by just one question. One important clarification: our course is designed to align with the state-required topics, but it will not match the exact questions, wording, or answer choices on your exam. The State does not release exam questions to schools or providers, and multiple versions of the exam are in circulation, so no course can ethically promise “the same questions.” Our goal is to help you pass by building your understanding of the material and teaching you how to quickly use your approved textbooks/resources when questions are asked in a new way. Overall disappointed with the company
It doesn’t appear to be a seriously ran company. Book order was a pile of duplicate, damaged and missing books. Although they did fix it. Customer service for the most part seems annoyed you called and only after several attempts did I get someone who knew what they were doing. Also the quality of some of the recorded lectures is very poor. Overall just not a good experience so far and I spent so much money initially I couldn’t afford to scrap the program and start over with someone new.

A shipment with duplicate, damaged, and missing books isn’t acceptable, and while we corrected it, we understand that doesn’t make the experience okay. I’m also concerned you felt customer service was annoyed and that it took multiple tries to reach someone knowledgeable, this isn’t the standard we expect.
