I came across Controller Modz website on google and decided to take a chance and have a custom made PS5 controller made.
I was shocked at how quickly it took to make and arrive, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Looks superb and the TMR sticks are so much better. The build quality is excellent.
I was that impressed I had a custom Xbox series x one made, which is also fantastic.
I found James very helpful and friendly when I contacted customer service about a change to my order.
On my experience using controller modz, I highly recommend them.

The controller i bought had mouse click trigers amd tmr joysticks which have stick drift for some reason also i couldnt put the cross on it as welll

Great experience with customer service! The chrome red was discontinued and they emailed me about it so I emailed them back resolving the issue and within 10 minutes I had gotten an email back! I would recommend ordering on a computer but everything else was flawless and the controller feels and looks very high quality!

It arrived within 2 days of ordering, and was in mint condition, looked even better than what I was expecting too, absolutely awesome will definitely be purchasing something again soon!

Ordered a custom Xbox controller as a valentine's day gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. The customizing and ordering process is very easy with plenty of options. I love how it comes in a standard controller box so it's an additional surprise when it turns out to be a customized controller! :)

Absolutely dreadful quality and the customer service left something to be desired. I had a problem with the controller and had to send it back to them and had to pay for the postage as they claim they did not find a fault in the controller, despite them fixing the controller. Which they claim they only made precautionary fixes to the controller and so this doesn't count as a repair. I now have a further problem with the controller.

I have been using his cobtrollers with paddles since 2016. No issues and still works till this day. Only downside is that sony blocked ps4 controllers beeing used for ps5 games...

First ordered the controller and when it arrived, there was a fault in the touchpad, but had a very quick response time, collected the controller fixed it and gave it back in perfect condition only a few days later. Design looks really nice and worth the price.
