Absolutely outstanding service!! Emailed them on what I would like on my controller, received a response very quickly. Controller was sent out to me within 2 days! Very fast turnaround. The Domin8or buttons are a game changer for me. Can’t fault them! Will definitely be back for another controller soon! 5 Star service!

Firstly and most importantly i feel, the communication i had with the company was fantastic.Got a great black friday discount too which helps a lot at this time of year. I have just received my grandsons ps5 controllers and i have to say they are going to be thrilled when they open these at christmas. Thank you.

The controller I got was exactly how I imagined it to be after the preview I got on their store. The extra options you can add and customize your controller with are way more than the avarage store. The prices are adeguate. The team communicates and works really fast. Overall a really good experience (It was my first time customizing a controller). The only drawback I can imagine is the fact that the store ships from
UK and after the brexit many countries in Europe are required to pay a custom fee and have their delivery delayed due to check ups. If you are outside of UK is better to inform yourself about specific custom fees in you country

What an amazing company! I purchased a ps5 customised controller two weeks ago. Delivery was super quick and was delighted with the controller. Unfortunately the delivery courier completely damaged the outside box. I emailed customer services and James immediately sent out a carry case without hesitation to make up for the damaged box. There are not many companies around that have that level of customer care. I am very very impressed with Controller Modz and will have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

We purchase both an Xbox and PS5 controller from Controller Modz, both controllers have turned up within a few days of ordering and the build and communication of delivery have been excellent. For the Xbox controller we order metallic red joysticks which my son then said he didnt like as these were to slippy. After contacting CM we received some rubber caps to go over the joysticks for free which was amazing. The PS5 controller developed a fault after a few months, after contacting CM on the Monday the controller was returned for repair, we received it back fully working the same week. the fault was a loose ribbon cable. The customer service has been beyond excellent and would 100% recommend using them if you want a purpose build 1 off controller. We have a very happy 13 year old

I must say I had an amazing experience ,from beginning to end.I built a ps5 controller for my son, and it has arrived and what can I say it is out of this world! The quality of the parts are a 10 out of 10! There is a lot of options to choose From and I was amazed that you even have the option to add a photo, which is that extra special personalised touch, as my son is ten and as we all know this is a big deal for a child, which they luv. James goes above and beyond for his customers and ensures you have the best customer service. James is so kind and understanding and has gone out of his way for me, and even added add ons for me. I would 100% recommend to buy, you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to see my sons face on Xmas he will be blown away with it, and without a doubt be showing it off. Grate gift idea, as mentioned above the photo option is that extra special this is every kids dream gift and also an adults! £220 custom ps5 controller has unusable stick drift, I received the controller from a friend, the company won't repair.. Whatever the controller came from their factory regardless of the beurocracy as to why they can't honour the warranty, the controller is unusable.

I ordered My controller 2 days ago, no extra paid and it came today At 12am, unreal timing, to be able to do it that quickly and get it shipped is amazing, big up controller modz on designing it the exact way i ordered as well without missing a single detail, Would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom controller

Ive tried scuff, powerA and Aim controllers...these are by far the best company ive seen. When I ordered my custom ps5 controller it arrived as quick as a flash. The product has helped me up my game and made my gaming experience better. I unfortunately damaged one of the dominator back buttons and when I asked how to go about it fixed they told me to send it back and they would fix or replace it ASAP. I received my controller back within 3 DAYS!!!
I've never had a company sort a fault that quick. I couldn't recommend them enough. Will be ordering for my sons birthday from 100%.

Excellent, ordered as a Xmas gift quite late in the day. Was advised before checkout that delivery might be after Xmas but they managed to get it here in just a few days - in time for Xmas. Thanks so much really pleased and quality of finish looks great too. One happy son!

The "construction" time was fast.
If you need an internacional shipment make sure to confirm with Controller Modz who will be delivering it in your country (in Portugal, CTT take more than 1 month to deliver!). I don´t mind to pay extra delivery cost for a much better delivery time and experience (DPD for example).
